Every tech who has been to our home has been knowledgeable and has patiently and thoroughly explained our options. Wow! I have nothing but the absolute best things to say about EPIC Pest Management. A week ago we randomly had an issue with tiny insects coming in and sitting on all of our window sills, in the mornings they would be dead but all over the floors by the windows and created quite a nuisance especially because we have a baby who just started crawling around everywhere. We reached out to Greg, who although could not immediately identify the insect, worked tirelessly to figure out the type of insect it was and ensure the problem was taken care of effectively and efficiently. They moved their schedules around multiple times within the week to make sure our issue was dealt with. They truly showed that they cared about our problems and were committed to finding a solution. Jacob, our tech went above and beyond to make sure our house was adequately sprayed and was such a pleasure to work with. We could not recommend this company more. We have worked with a couple pest control companies in the last couple years and I can honestly say EPIC Pest Management is the VERY BEST! I could not recommend them more!!

Epic has been providing us service for several years! I truly have no complaints. The office staff provides a high level of customer service. They send reminders about service days, which is extremely helpful. The staff has been flexible with my extremely busy schedule and days I’m home working versus in the office.
