Blake and Kevin came out today for our first appointment. They were both very knowledgeable and receptive to all of my concerns and questions. They left me additional information and recommendations that I can do at home in order to get the most out of their service. All-in-all very pleased, will be using again.

i take away one star for the new management. The techs who service my home, Toni and Alex, are fabulously polite, considerate and professional. My home is "Vegas old" and stood vacant for a period of time. When I initially moved in, I had COLONIES of various creatures! The techs were kind, patient and soothing to me as a freaked-out homeowner. The amount of knowledge they have is impressive (and nightmare-inducing!). I have zero complaints about the service at my door. Recently, however, Evolve has new management that made a dumb decision, which makes connecting to the office staff more difficult. They eliminated the ability to text with the office. Why?? Who does that?? Also, the new invoice process is confusing. Also, I can no longer find out what time the tech will come until the day of service. I have to wait for the tech to text me, as opposed to getting that text well in advance from the office staff. Boooooo to new management!!

Kevin was my tech today and he was wonderful. He was incredibly friendly and engaging while also professional. He was communicative and came when he said he would! Highly recommend. Thanks, Kevin!

We have been so pleased with the services of Evolve over this past year. If I could leave more than five stars on a review, I would. Gonzalo Was prompt, professional, and a great representative of your company.

I’ve been with Evolve for 6 years now and I am beyond disappointed to find that now if they schedule your service - whether you respond it or not - they will come to your property and jump your gate. No, they don’t use a ladder or let you know of this beforehand. Simply will jump your gate! When I let them know it was unacceptable they simply told me this is how they work and if I don’t want someone jumping over my gate I have to advise them. Like what ? So you’ll impose a liability on me without any notice and if I don’t agree to said liability I have to advise you? How crazy is this? I used to love this company but they have changed their office people and the quality of their service clearly is out the door. Edit to address the reply: I have never once heard or agreed with someone literally jumping my fence. I don’t have any email from you confirming an appointment or stating your employee will enter the property by any means necessary. Putting themselves at risk. The fact you, as an employer, would allow that is not only inappropriate but very unprofessional and probably illegal. Will you cover your employees medical expenses should them hurt themselves while jumping into people’s yards?

I found a small Scorpion that crept into my condo on the floor in the hallway a day after the exterior was done. Evolve is our HOA exterminator. The technician serviced the whole condo, porches and garage interior as a follow-up preventive measure. Very professional and thorough job completed. I will recommend Evolve to my friends and family.
