Unfortunately, we have problems with ants, so our property management company hired EXento. The employee who made the appointment over the phone was very friendly. The employee who was supposed to look at the problem on site arrived exactly at the agreed time—not too early, not too late. On the one hand, this shows respect for the customer, and on the other, it demonstrates good scheduling. We discussed the problem, and I explained to him what we'd done so far. Instead of saying how stupid and unnecessary my previous remedies were, he explained exactly why they hadn't worked and what would be better. I learned more about insects in those 20 minutes than I did in biology class. The next steps were also explained to me in great detail, as well as the reasons and the reasons for doing things that way. So, high praise! Friendly, nice, and very competent. I highly recommend EXento.
