It's impossible to get the staff to come to work. I've made two requests, and each time I'm given a time slot (8 a.m. to 12 p.m. or 12 p.m. to 4 p.m.), which they don't respect. They're late with their rounds, or even don't show up at all. Except we can't stay home all day; we have appointments too... Very disappointed.

I submitted a request through their website on Friday, September 8th... I had to call a week later because I still hadn't heard anything... the person I spoke to seemed a bit surprised... explained that they would get back to me... here we are on September 20th and still no news or appointment... so I made an appointment with another company... Based on the previous comment, the company was very responsive today (September 20th). Our file had unfortunately gotten lost in the system... and they offered us an emergency solution, which I found very professional and helpful.

Very disappointed with the service. I used them last year and everything went well, which is why I wanted to try again this year but it was a cold shower. I requested an emergency intervention at the beginning of October and in mid-November still nothing... I was called a week after my request asking me to send photos on WhatsApp, which I did but I received no response... nothing at all... I am extremely disappointed by this blatant lack of professionalism and disrespect. Whether they had a problem or the intervention was not possible for various reasons, I can understand but the least thing would have been to inform the customer instead of simply ignoring them...

Following a call made at 11:30, the technician arrived urgently at 13:40. Problem solved in 15 minutes. Excellent for the responsiveness, punctuality, and efficiency!
