Ernest Morgan from Fenix did a great job for us. I mixed up our appointment time and came home late from the store. Ernest had already taken care of the outside and said he knew that since the dog was barking from the inside, to just wait and it wasn’t necessary to knock at the door and get the dog worked up even more. As we talked, I mentioned that after hurricanes, we have had rats under the house. He was attentive and confirmed that wasn’t an issue now. I said no. He is an asset to Fenix: He waited patiently when I was late to the appointment. Attentive to possible issues and was prepared to solve them. Worked efficiently and quickly. Pleasant to talk with because he’s very knowledgeable about treating older homes.

My Fenix service guy is Akheem Reid. I’ve had many contractors visiting my new home the past few months. There’s never been one this nice and professional as in Akheem. He explains everything he does at my home very well. It’s people like him that makes any Company much more than just “a guy”. Thanks for excellent service! No critters!

He was proficient and professional in his responsibilities of pesticide control for my home. Great thorough service e time. Damien Hernandez did a great job and kept our backyard secure while being prompt and efficient. This company is one of the best out there. Ants and spiders are basically nonexistent -we’re completely impressed with Fenix and their service.
