Had lots of anxiety. Thought I had some unwanted pests. Called and Angel came out right away. Knowing how upset I was, would have been easy for him to take advantage of that. However, he was completely honest. Told me everything was fine and there was no problem. Explained everything and answered all my questions. Came out within a few hours of calling him. Definitely will call Angel again if I ever need pest services.

We had a really wonderful experience with this company. We called them concerned that we had bed bugs and the owner, Angel, drove over an hour to come and check for us. Turns out we did have bed bugs and we were able to set up an appointment right away! Anthony came to our rescue and was the one who performed the service. He was really great about explaining everything he was doing and the results. He did an awesome job! This morning was the first time I woke up without new bites! We can't thank Angel and Anthony enough. We totally recommend this company!

Angel came out , did not do inspection for bed bugs. I showed him tiny BlACK hairlike insects in mattress. He said “seedlings”???? No bed bugs were ever found, nor does he have any pics. He did heat treatment which did nothing. I had to contact BBB for them to respond. He came back. Same issues immediately. There were NEVER bed bugs present! He unethically charged for the treatment knowing there were never bed bugs. Other insects were found by other pest control! He also damaged a door and floor and tried to hide this. BEWARE! He is a fast talking salesman. Called me on the phone and screamed and sent a text saying”you better fix this!” Regarding my reviews! You are a liar. Where are the pics of the bed bugs? You don’t have any because there weren’t any! You knocked off the door the first time you were here and lost the bolt ! I texted you and asked where it was. You remounted the burned door upside down so I wouldn’t see it ! Then you said it fell on the heater! I have the text! You know there were no bed bugs present and apparently have a reputation for doing unwarranted treatment. This from an Orlando company that knew you and I didn’t even tell him who did the treatment. He said he has had many complaints from customers about you and he knew your name regarding doing unwarranted work. The insects are NOT bed bugs and never were. You are extremely unethical and dishonest. And threatened me to take down a review in text!

Anthony did a great job on my apartment. this was an issue i never thought i would have to deal with but anthony jumped in and took care of it right away! 4 weeks later and none in sight!
