Unfortunately, I have to amend my original review. I thought Joey (owner of the company) provided exceptional customer service when I was concerned about bed bugs in my baby's room. After inspection, Joey assured me that I did not have a bed bug issue. He told me that he found a carpet beetle, which many people mistake for bed bugs. I was concerned about the extent of my carpet beetle problem. I believed that my rashes, welts, and itching were caused by carpet beetle larvae hair, which are difficult to eradicate. I requested heat treatment, typically done for bed bugs. It's very expensive. However, given that it was my baby's room I was willing to bear the cost. I also decided to replace the carpet with flooring. When the itching continued, even after the heat treatment and carpet removal, I consulted an entomologist. He informed me that the bug that Joey identified as a carpet beetle was a common Australian cockroach larvae. Joey worked in pest control previously so I trusted his judgement. After I learned of the misidentification, I asked Joey if he would consider giving a refund for the heat treatment or some price concession given that my actions were based on incorrect information. I don't believe Joey intentionally misled me. I asked for the heat treatment. However, I embarked on this very expensive treatment that was not needed based on incorrect diagnosis. Joey said he would contact his processor and get back to me. Many telephone calls and texts later, I haven't heard anything. I would have appreciated a call back.

Joey and his team are very professional and knowledgeable. Joey is very efficient in his knowledge of bedbugs & other pests. The customer service is superb. I would recommend Florida Bedbug Solutions to anyone.

Had a major bed bug problem at our house unfortunately due to me traveling for work. Joey was extremely prompt with helping me out before the problem got worse. He was courteous and very professional. The bed bug problem has been definitely taken care of. If I unfortunately have another bug problem from work travel, I’ll be calling his company again. I highly recommend Joey and Florida Bedbug Solutions if you are ever in the unfortunate situation of having bed bugs. Joey was professional, personable, and knowledgeable in answering all of our questions and explaining the process to exterminate them from our house. It was a stressful situation dealing with these little critters and Joey's calm demeanor helped put us as ease and feel confident we could "take our house back." Joey was responsive to phone calls and texts, on time the day of the treatment and follow up inspection, and an absolute pleasure to work with! We are happy to report that we no longer have bed bugs and the preventative measures taken allow us to know they are not coming back. The bonus reassurance was having their trained dog Cheeky (sweetest dog ever!) perform the follow up inspection to confirm the treatment was a success and we could move forward from this ordeal. Joey was super responsive, prompt , honest, reasonable all while making me feel a sense of relief in a stressful situation. The treatment only consisted of me and my cat vacating the premises for one hour. Very professional.
