I can't say enough good things about David (owner) and Josh. They are very personable and professional. I am happy to support a locally owned and run business, especially when they take pride in the work that they do. They have gone above and beyond to ensure all of my problems have been taken care of and my home is being maintained properly now. Prices are great as well!

When I read all the 5 star reviews I knew they were the ones, plus I am a huge supporter of small family owned businesses instead of big corporations. He is very responsive, punctual and will go above and beyond to do a great job. I've had no issues with bugs since David started treating my home and I recently started seeing a bug that I didn't know what it was, he promptly took care of it and even sent me additional information about what it was to ease my mind.

We were experiencing a huge problem with ants and while I was researching I came across Pestworx. After reading the reviews I thought this is too good to be true…there is no way a local pest control company is getting these positive reviews but we were desperate. All I can say it was too good to be true…David and Josh were everything in the reviews and more. What a difference from what we were dealing with to now. Never thought we would be ant free so fast. I am writing this review 2 weeks after my initial home treatment and am super satisfied! I called and inquired about a fire and crazy ant problem we have been experiencing in the yard and front porch. David came over the following day. He immediately put out some bait which attracted the ants and I was able to watch them take it back to their mounds. He sprayed and treated our yard and then came back a week later to spot check/treat, and then again this week to spot check!! Not only is he super nice and thorough- he’s also a beekeeper and has some of the BEST local honey I’ve ever had!! I’m very happy we took the recommendation from the Facebook Lakeland Moms group.

I used Florida Pestworx for a problem I had going in in my two connecting closets that I noticed for about a year. The owner David was prompt at replying back to me, explained what it could be, sent me the different plans they had and wasn't pushy about his service. On his inspection it was indeed what he thought! I was very happy with his curtious, prompt customer care. Whole house was treated along with the perimeter covering more than just the ant problem. He checked back within a few days with me to ask if I saw any more pests inside and the following week came to check around the outside perimeter again. I am very happy I chose Florida Pestworx!

UPDATE, NOVEMBER 19, 2025: Today I received a clean bill of health: no more rats feeding on the Pestworx baited rat traps. David and Josh - once again - treated me kindly and respectfully as I requested terminating my agreement now that my issue has been resolved.
