Have been quite disappointed with the service. First we had our sentricon (termite baits) replaced. They didn't remove the majority of the old ones and placed the new ones in our yard (unsightly) and broke a water pipe to our sprinkler system. We asked to have a manager come out. They never sent a manager. They removed the ones in our yard and placed new ones closer to the house but didn't remove several of the old ones. Less than a year later the new sentricon traps had lids popping off and coming half way out of the ground. Another person came and pushed them into the ground and finally removed several of the old traps. After many phone call and emails and reminders, I finally got reimbursed for the pipe they broke. We have been trying to control wasps. They will come and remove a nest if you find one. Then they treat where you tell them to (why? I not the insect expert). They drove the wasps to the eaves of our roof and told us it was their policy that no one gets on a ladder to treat the roof. Because they wouldn't treat them we started having wasps in our house. I had to ask over and over for a manager or senior person. When I finally got someone (who wasn't a manager) they got on a ladder "this one time only". Guess what, that treatment to the roof stopped the wasps coming in our house. I had to beg them to get someone on the roof for weeks. We just had an inspector come by to do a yearly inspection. I told her about how we were disappointed with the service and how they only seem to treat where we point our the problem instead of treating our property more globally. She went to the attic and noticed some dead bees or wasps. She then spent so much time letting me know that they do insulation and trying to sell me another service that she clearly missed a giant wasps nest in the front of our house right next to our from door (photo attached). When I called to have someone come out, they couldn't have someone come out for over 2 weeks. I asked to speak with a manager and after 30 minutes on the phone and on hold, still no manager scheduled. I bought wasp spray to keep the activity down until they can come. I would break our contract but I have another year and it would cost $250 to get out of the contract early. The only helpful person is Ron who is one of the people who comes out to treat the house. He is respectful and friendly and I have asked for only him to come treat our house. He is the only good thing about Fox Pest Control. Unfortunately, I have had another worker come to the house who was rude and disrespectful and left without doing the job. I keep getting apologies for all the mistakes but no accountability. Once they have you in a contract, there is no consistency. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. And I have yet to see any "pest control" and it has been a year.

Excellent work by a professional. All the people who have been involved with us have been great and we appreciate it 100%. If you are looking for a professional then look no further because they are the ones l recommend

Ronald Harris is a super hero. If I could give him more stars, I would. He is calm, confident, thorough and fast -- specifically he took down a hornet's nest and two wasps nests for us. He's the BEST!!! Update: It took more than one visit to get to one particular wasp's nest. Jonathan Hubert took care of it and he was also excellent.

Excellent service. Technician Luis Rivera was personable thoroughly professional. We had a yellow jacket infestation under our deck, and Mr. Rivera went the extra yard to climb under the deck, physically locate the nest, and treat the problem. First rate work from beginning to end!.

I had my home serviced by Darrel Nelson today. He was a delight to work with. My wife and I had several concerns regarding the safety of the products he was about to use. He allayed those concerns in an articulate and thoughtful manner. I truly feel confident that our ant issues are being addressed in a forthright way. I look forward to seeing him in a couple of weeks. I had checked out several services before deciding on Fox. I believe I made the right decision..

We recently had Ronald Harris as our technician and he was so very pleasant. Even during his busy day he went out of his way to bring in my trash can above and beyond thank you! We’ve had such great experiences with fox!

Brett was great. He arrived on time and performed the service while explaining exactly what he was doing and what to expect. He very politely answered all of my questions and was very nice to my dog as well!

Alex appeared on time, appeared to know what he was doing and explained things clearly. We agreed he would contact me and make an appointment to return in one month (December) to check/renew the baits inside the house. He DID NOT tell me the paper he had me sign as he left was a contract! I assumed it was a receipt. I am pretty sure he thought it had been explained to me by Andrew and Brandon because I told him I had satisfactory talk with them. But this did not happen. I spoke to Maddy in the Utah office, and this contract is voided--we will define a new deal. None of this is Alex's problem. I look forward to seeing him for indoor service in early December 2025.

I had the pleasure of working with Luis today. We have had a few different guys come since we began in July but he’s our go to now. He’s thorough, friendly and knowledgeable. Asked me great questions and answered all of my questions! We are definitely seeing a difference in our pest management over time. Highly recommend!
