Jacob has come out to do my pest control twice now, he always goes above and beyond and is super kind. He did a great job, we had spiders and wasp nests all over our exterior and after a visit from him they are all gone. Very happy with their customer service and willingness to come out anytime between scheduled visits!

Hunter called to let me know he was on his way to my house. He reviewed the services that were scheduled to be provided and explained what to expect for future billing and visits. He was very professional and pleasant. He went about his work and checked in with me to see if everything was okay. He explained what I could expect to see in the coming days and he was surely correct. I am very happy with the service provided.

Hunter was absolutely amazing! He was very thorough, and got rid of all the wasp nests. We just moved into our new house and had no idea the guys before us had pest control, so when fox came to our door asking if we wanted to continue services we decided to give them a shot. Hunter came and walked me through everything and asked about our concerns, not only did he make sure to spray even the cracks of my patio he also got rid of the nests and cleaned up the webs and more off of my eves. We had a shed with a couple of nests and despite the wasps he got the nest down and let them clear out before spraying for the stragglers. 10/10 would recommend

Being on the Gulf Coast of Mississippi, I was surprised that Fox serviced my area. Sara H was my technician, and she did a wonderful job! She showed up a few minutes before my appt time and explained the entire process before getting started. She was knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. Even though, I was still unpacking and getting settled, she managed to work around my mess with ease and was very gracious about it. I hope everyone at Fox is as wonderful as she is!
