Beware of a business that has been targeting our neighborhood more specifically older people. A Fox Pest Control representative came to our door offering a service contract for one year with 4 treatments at $180 each. The rep said we could end the service anytime if not satisfied. We signed up. When the technician showed up we specifically asked him to spray for spiders around the buildings, dock and RV’s. He was here for 33 minutes total. A week later we still have hundreds of spiders lurking every where. They offered to come back and spray again, but why would we? We called and were informed we would need to pay an additional $250 to terminate the contract. Hopefully others won’t fall for the unprofessional service like we did.

My experience with Fox Pest Control has been very positive! Everyone I have dealt with has been knowledgable, personable, polite and patient with my questions and changing schedule needs, as well as sensitive to my home environment and the protection of my animals. Alston, Carson, and everyone in the office have been wonderful to speak with. Lynn was my fantastic inspection technician and I am super grateful for her expert advice.

First service today from AJ at Fox Pest Control. Communication was fantastic, very professional, explained process when asked. I had a yellow jacket nest in my enclosed exterior soffit. We can now sit on our patio again without being harassed! Couldn’t have had a better experience. Highly recommend FPC!

Alex showed up with no advanced notice but did a great job walking me through everything he was doing. However, the scheduler did not notify me of a cancelation last week so I waited around for 4 hours for nothing. This is only our second service in a 2 year contract and the communication is severely lacking so far. Pretty disappointing. The cost question below is misleading. We are paying over $63 a month, for 24 months. This seems overpriced for the customer service we've received so far. Definitely room for Fox Pest to improve if they just do what they told me they would, as far as communicating their actions. My fingers are crossed this will happen.

Very disappointed with the service and how this business treats their customers. We had a technician spend 5 minutes at our house (captured on our ring door bell video). I called to cancel our service and was told we will be charged $250 to do so. A cancelation fee was never discussed with us at the beginning of our service. The manager argued with me on the phone and wanted to know why I didn’t read all of the details on our contract. I asked for a refund for our last service and was told no - he offered to come service again which is not needed at this point. As a small business owner, this is not any way to treat your customers. Beware!

The initial billing was a bit confusing but a responsive phone conversation with an unhurried contract breakdown resolved our concerns. We did see good results in lessened spider and yellow jacket activity at the height of the summer season and, with fall and upcoming winter treatments, anticipate fewer spring issues as well. Thus far, Fox has lived up to its promise of overall quality.
