I hired F&W to install some termite bait stations due to some previous activity the inspector had found. Also had a mouse problem in the subroof/basement. Great experience so far (a year later), noticeably less mouse droppings in the garage/unfinished basement area. The techs are always courteous and professional, same goes for their customer support. Highly recommended.

We hired FNW back in September we had to fire them in January. We have had the same problem since the minute we hired them. All we have had is excuses that certain people have certain licenses for certain things and every time you call them with a monthly plan it takes them 2 to 3 weeks to show up. Meanwhile, the mice and rats run through your house. There’s no emergency plan even though they’re open 24 hours every time you call you talk to a representative or calling in service they’ll send out somebody that doesn’t have a certain license or something and then you have to wait two or three weeks for a license technician to come out to do something else the problem has not been resolved and we had a partways. We can only take so much with paying the monthly fee and wait a month for them to come out we’ve been more than respectable with them. OK we know we’re paying a monthly fee but when we’re having a major problem and they wave it off and they wait two or three weeks and we’ve had some problems where we’ve had to replace cable wires in our house, electrical wires in our house and they have no care for it. They need to have somebody that answers the phones that actually works for them and not just an answering service and when they guarantee you that they will come out they do not they do not come right out. They wait weeks upon weeks meanwhile you’re still having an issue if anybody questions this I will send you some videos of rats running through my house While I have them in service and I continue to have rats running around my house. They put out sticky pads and they put out some bait traps. I’ve had a local pest company come to my house with a key for the bait traps. None of the bay traps have been set off. None of the sticky pads have been set Off so what’s next another company more money you let me know.

Called the first time about a wasp issue at my home, they took my information and said a technician would call me back…no call. Called a second time, they said they didn’t have my inquiry in their system, took my information again…6 days later still no call back from a technician. Do better F & W.

Customer service admin is great! Jackie is super personable and knowledgable, very accommodating. Mike is our pest control technician and he’s so wonderful as well! Always telling us to reach out if we need anything, whenever we need it. My dog loves him :) Overall, pleasure to work with and would highly recommend.

Jose Rosario was fantastic! He worked efficiently and did a great job of completely removing the massive beehive on the gutter. I would recommend 10/10 times

Great company to work with. Jose Rosario is courteous, pleasant and wonderful to work with. He goes above and beyond to give good service. I signed a year contract and Jose's always been quick to respond whenever there's a problem.
