Wanted to cut out big bug middleman for termite tenting. One of the big bug co. Was more than $500 less! Being a good comparison consumer is key.

Frustrating experience with this company. The contract states they will arrive at your residence in the morning. To accommodate this, we make sure to be out of our home the night before. Hours past on the day they said they would be there and there was zero communication from the company. We had to contact them and were told they were on another job and they weren't sure of their arrival time. After many hours and several phone calls they arrived at 3:30pm. They told us to leave the key under the mat if we had to leave. We could have saved a night in an Airbnb if they would have told us they would arrive late in the day. After the fumigation, we arrived home to notice our garage door was broken. They did take the time to push our trash cans against the gaping side. We did not receive any communication from them regarding this; nor did we get any communication that it was cleared to return home. The only way we knew they house had been cleared is that we received a ring notification that they had been in the home and you could see that our house key was left. Their work with the fumigation was acceptable, but the other aspects leave something to be desired. Due to the concerns above, I cannot recommend this company to another home owner.

Tried making contact numerous times to office and personal cell line that I was given as they came highly recommended however they never called back to schedule an appointment for an estimate on our business. Their loss, it was a Huge Job! Would not Recommend.

I'm very pleased with GAG. Our house is over 100 years old and very tall. I'm sure it was a difficult tenting, but they handled it very well. They were responsive to my emails/calls, prompt, professional and the quote was responsible. The entire crew worked very hard on our tenting and they were always pleasant. I highly recommend GAG.

Can’t say enough great things about GAG Pest Control who tented our home. They were very quick to provide a quote and were able to get us on the schedule that worked for us. Their guys that did the work were extremely friendly and more than willing to explain the process and answer any questions we had. They were diligent in doing what they could to preserve our plants and treated our home as if it were theirs. We will definitely be referring them to anyone that needs pest services.

Tarps used for tenting have large gaping holes. Forget to return to clear the property to return to home. Our water hose was left running for the entire nine days we were forced out of our home . Receptionist has a Horrible attitude and should absolutely not be dealing with the public. The supervisor on site is very nice and the staff doing the tenting of the house were nice, but will not use again!
