It was a pleasure to meet and spend time with Pat Gann discussing my rodent problem. His knowledge he has gained from many years of being in the pest control business is very evident. He pointed out to me many areas on my roof where the rodents have made their way into my attic. I have had a couple other men over to solve this problem but the rodent problem returns. I am looking forward to working with Pat and hopefully having a successful outcome. I have an appointment scheduled soon. His assessment with photos and a thorough explanation of the work to be done is very impressive. The bid he gave me for the extensive job is very reasonable. We have been using Gann’s for about 5 years now. They are always honest, fairly priced, and resolve our issues! From quarterly service, to squirrels in the attic they have always taken care of us. I will only do business with them as I know I can trust the owner!

We used them for years on our Personal residence in Westlake, and in our 18 rental properties in Southlake. Today they waited till the time that they were supposed to be here to cancel and say they no longer work with houses with tile roofs. As a business owner, I understand you can choose to no longer service certain segment of business. Why in the world would you wait till the time you’re supposed to be there? Inconsiderate unprofessional, and now not only did you lose our personal residence, you lost 18 other houses.
