Jeremy was great. He was fast efficient and very respectful. He came out helped us with our nest issue and he helped us with alot of information on a few other minor issues we had. I would use them again and for all future services.

I battled a wasp issue on my own for 6 years outside our home. I was stung several times outside on our porch and in our garage. I finally surrendered and called General Pest Services as it kept getting worse and Josh came over and was very honest with me. He told me that one visit would not take care of the issue. Could not be happier with General Pest Services. I called in a bit of a panic about wasps around the back deck. They showed up same day, identified the nest, and handled it safely without any mess. The tech was friendly, knowledgeable, and checked the whole property to make sure nothing was missed. Pricing was fair, communication was clear, and the follow-up a week later was a nice touch. General Pest Services was outstanding from start to finish. Scheduling was quick, the tech arrived on time, and he actually took the time to explain what he was doing and why. We were dealing with ants in the kitchen and spiders in the garage. He treated both areas, sealed a couple of entry points, and gave us simple tips to keep things under control.
