Very thankful for your technician, Samuel’s follow up visit today. Last week he set traps for gophers and today he diligently dug up a gopher. Samuel was professional, friendly, polite and knowledgeable. He restored our lawn areas where he dug out so you cannot tell where he had pulled out plugs. He was awesome and delightful.

He listened to our concerns and spent a generous amount of time walking through our treatment process in detail, answering all of our questions, and making sure both my husband and I felt completely informed and reassured. It is very easy to schedule the appointment. Nic S come to my house and give me very honest suggestions. I was not home while he did the inspection on September 24 2025. He found some very old drops and told me no current rodent activity. He wrote the report right after he did the inspection . Not like some company want to get business and exaggerate or create problems. Very recommend

Two weeks ago, I had a gopher and rodent problem. A rodent created a nest under the hood of my car, chewing up wires and causing damage of $1100. I immediately called Go-Pher The Kill to come out and set traps to better control the rodents and gophers. No more than two weeks later, another nest was found under my hood and another damage of $2200 to fix my car. I reached out to Go-Pher The Kill to see if we had other options as I can’t keep dishing out this money to fix my car. They sent a tech out immediately. Nic really took take the time to explain his limitations but still came up with ideas to better control the rodent problem around my property and cars. When you live in the wide open areas of Riverside, you really can’t eliminate all the wildlife but you can control the pests. Customer service is top notch. UPDATE: No more than a week later, we caught the culprit! Great job, Go-Pher The Kill!

Sam was great. He let me know when he was here and handled business. He cleaned up cobwebs as well as sprayed the whole property. He also asked if there were any problem areas he should pay attention too. He also let me know when he left. Great service. The price is great too.

Great company - they've been servicing our property for years. We live in an area where gophers just come out of nowhere and I just send a note to them and they're out here in a day or two to handle it. They communicate well with simple texts to remind you of an upcoming service as well as when they're en route, which is great as a dog owner. I'd definitely recommend!

Manny arrived on schedule, and took the time to examine our situation carefully. He explained what he was doing, and told us what to expect, then informed us that he’d be following up in a short period of time to ensure success. These guys are literally the best. Im sad they got all our gophers because we miss them at our house lol. They were so diligent and effective - and we had a BIG gopher issue at our house so they worked on this for weeks. They were communicative and kind, very fairly priced. We thought the gophers were stuck with us forever until these guys.

Jessie does a great job every month. We’re so happy we hired this Go-Pher The Kill. We had them out first to handle our gopher problem. They did such a good job, we hired them for our monthly bug service, too!
