We have used Good Earth Pest company for a long long time. Darren was our serviceman for a number of years … friendly, capable and always helpful. I’m not sure the name of our current serviceman, but he does a good job and is friendly too. They are competent and helpful and also when we call the office and need spider traps or something like that, we get cheerful people who are quick to help. Good job staff! Thank you!!

Good Earth has successfully sealed potential entry points into our crawl space, attic, and home from pests and has regularly and reliably returned to control pest populations. They respond to any questions or requests for help in a timely manner. The office keeps us informed prior to visits and Reis (field staff) has been excellent to work with.

We’ve used Good Earth Pest service for close to 20 years. They’ve always been super helpful and their service technicians are good people and have always been very respectful of our property, and tolerant of barking dogs. Just last week we happened to have our quarterly service scheduled and when Andy arrived, we were experiencing a huge rain/windstorm and rather than just go ahead and do the job, he knocked on the door and said that he felt that he shouldn’t do the service that day because of all of the rain and wind and thought that performing the service that day wasn’t a good idea. He could have done it knowing that the product would probably be washed away by the rain or carried away by the wind, and that we may need to repeat the service, costing money, but he chose to put the customer’s interest first, he didn’t want us to have to pay for an additional visit. That showed so much integrity, and that is something that doesn’t happens as often as it should, thank you Andy, we really appreciated your honesty. We fully intend to continue to utilize Good Earth for all of our pest control needs, and we have recommend them to many folks over the years, and will continue to do so.
