Jason showed up very early during my 3 hour window which was great. He was super knowledgeable, professional, and personable. He was able to take care of my carpenter ant situation in a timely manner. Kim, who answered the phone, was kind and worked with my schedule and got me in very quickly. Will recommend to friends and fam.

I called Great Lakes pest control on Wednesday for a mouse problem in our office they said someone would be at our office on Friday to give us a quote. Joe, (the sales and service manager) arrived on time, and explained everything he thought would be best for our office. Scheduled an appointment for Great Lakes Pest Control to come out to my home. Prior to the appointment, they gave me advise and materials to try and eradicate a bee problem in my home. Their advice and materials worked perfectly, and I was able to cancel the appointment without a problem. I will be going to them in the future for any pest problems.

Excellent local company: Doug (technician) arrived in the time window, fixed my wasp problem, explained all the treatments and was quick and thorough. Great experience and I’ll definitely be recommending and using them in the future.

Joe provided excellent service and knowledge. With 7” of snow falling overnight, he was on time and efficient. We had an ant infestation and he was able to determine the root cause immediately and prescribed a plan to eradicate the pests. Would highly recommend these guys for ALL of your pest needs
