Tom came out same day, on a weekend, within an hour of me calling about some ground bees in our front yard. He came over and took care of 2 nests, done in 30 minutes! Such a great experience! Highly recommend Tom & Sue. Thank you so much!!

Tom has been fantastic to work with. I first called in the spring to get a jump on ant control and also to discuss ongoing mouse issues. The first-customer appointment was very thorough, and he took great care to inspect the entire exterior of the house and the entire basement. He treated with multiple products and explained the purpose of every one of them. When the carpenter ants came back (as they often do in summer), he came back out promptly, sprayed and treated again, and within 2 days the carpenter ants were gone and have not returned the entire summer. The service this company offers is friendly, personable, efficient, and very effective. Tom and Sue came to our house today (on a Saturday) to treat a very active yellow jacket nest. We haven’t seen any since they treated it!
