The Green Flash team did a fantastic job from start to finish replacing and repairing all wood damaged by termites! They were prompt, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. We compared and considered several companies and we picked a winner. We will also use them for fumigation in the near future. Eddie performed the complimentary inspection. He was pleasant, easy to reach, and true to his word. The reports (bids) aren't very clear across the industry, so it comes down to a small-business that's knowledgeable and honest. This was the case with Eddie, Kyler, David, Nathan, and the whole team. I recommend paying for Bora-Care pre-treated lumbar. It's a "wood treatment... that kills and prevents termites, carpenter ants, wood boring beetles and decay fungi." They apply it before cutting, installing and replacing the wood. They also did a great job of painting. The work went quickly as the team was well staffed. Excellent work! Thanks.

Terrible driver operating a company vehicle was recently observed operating dangerously in the Del Mar Heights area. This individual repeatedly cut people off without leaving sufficient space, forcing multiple cars into hard braking to avoid collision. He also demonstrated a disregard for basic road safety by executing sudden lane changes without signaling and completely ignoring a stop sign. Such aggressive and reckless driving behavior, made even more concerning by the use of a professional company vehicle, significantly endangers all other road users in the vicinity.

Eric treated our house against black spiders & ants for a reasonable fee. After the inside of our house was treated, we locked the house and left the recommended 1-2 hours. We could see on our Ring doorbell video that even the eaves of the house were treated.

My experience with Green Flash Pest Control was just an average experience nothing special. They did all the work but on the last follow up the tech never showed up for the allotted time that was given to me. When I called to find out what happened, I wasn’t able to get through using the customer service number. Amy did finally get back to me to tell me that a tech was on his way which 30 min later than what was scheduled. I never got any notification that the tech was running late so I assumed the tech wasn’t coming. So I had to reschedule for another day. I could not put my day on hold any longer. Another thing that was an issue is you cannot get a hold of any one when you have any questions or issues. You would have to leave a message and someone then will call you back. I went with Green Flash because of their excellent reviews even though they were a little more expensive than some of the other competitors. I don’t know if my experience was one of those freak experience because all the other reviews are good reviews. Hopefully Green Flash can prevent this from happening again. I don’t know.
