I have been using Green Magic for years and recommend them to my neighbors friends and family. They are wonderful from their employees both in office and the technicians that come out. I have not had bugs (roaches, spiders nor scorpions) in my house since I started using them. Derek Hersker has been my technician the last few times and he is thorough respectful and very nice. He gets into al the crevices and back areas. He also got my cobwebs down under my awning. I appreciate this service. They come out every 3 months for me. 💯 the best!!

Very happy I went with green magic, they were kind, helpful and accommodating. Our reps name was Branton and he was wonderful! He arrived right when he said he would and was informative and friendly during the entire service. He took his time making sure to be thorough, reaching all areas pest may have been hiding. He made me feel comfortable and at ease about our pest infestation. I would definitely recommend him and this company to friends and family!

The tech , Derek was professional and respectful of my property. Their service plan is flexible which is great. I appreciate them using pet and kid friendly chemicals. Yes you have to let it dry to be effective but they said it wouldn't hurt them. Derek was very knowledgeable. I do recommend trying them out.

I set up service with this company for my family member who was having a bug problem at their winter home while they were away last summer. Since then I have converted my parents over to this company for their home as well, as the service, communication, and professionalism are unmatched. Derek has been handling our bugs for a while now and does such a thorough job. Additionally, he isn’t bothered by our yappy, territorial dog that gets to give him trouble while he’s here (which we’re very appreciative of)!

We've had a couple of other natural pest control companies we liked in the past, but as soon as they made us sign up for a yr (often to get their "best price" or sometimes just to stay a customer) when we didn't want a years worth of service, we would drop them. They forget we are the customer, it should be what WE want and what works for US... So, when this happened, we needed to find a new company. Luckily for us, we did, and a good one at that, in Green Magic Pest. Their guys are always so thorough, friendly, polite, and prompt. They of course will come back and re-do an area that still has a problem (like the ants around our pool) and it could be weeks later. Others offer this too I know, but these guys don't make you wait long for them to come back which we really appreciate. We thankfully do not have a big pest problem, but we keep up on it so we don't. Their prices are in line with what others are charging, and the customer service is excellent. I can't say enough good things about them, and because we have two dogs, appreciate that they treat our yard and courtyard with the safest chemicals they can. Jacob is the guy who does our house and he is always so professional and nice, he goes above and beyond even removing cobwebs that form. He Ia good listener as well - the dogs love him too. If you need a good, but safe pest company, I highly recommend these guys!

My husband & I have used Green Magic Pest Control for 8 years. Using their services, our home has been continually pest-free. They're far better than any of the other pest control services we tried. Moreover, Green Magic personnel are super friendly and so willing to go the extra mile. That happened this morning when I forgot about their visit because of a medical emergency I had. Without going into too much detail here, Dan was amazing. He adjusted his schedule, returned to our home, and graciously accommodated me on what was an otherwise stressful morning. Kudos to Dan and Green Magic! Such a great company.

I had a very good experience with this business. They were competitively priced for bed bug extermination compared to a few others I had looked up and called. Their customer service is great. Each employee I interacted with was ready to answer questions and explain processes, plus dos and don'ts after treatment. I was really happy with how quickly they were able to get someone out to me to start treatment as well. I absolutely recommend their services.

I have been working Green Magic Pest Control for the past few months and they have been excellent. They’re affordable and offer a great selection of services. Their technicians are friendly, punctual, quick, and communicative. Jameson was up against the odds today due to a ball that was dropped on my end but he had a quick workaround and got the job done. I would highly recommend!

From my very first call this morning, everything about this experience was exceptional. I spoke with Davis, who was professional, courteous, and confident. He asked the right questions, provided a clear verbal quote, and offered same-day service within a set time range. The entire conversation was smooth, informative, and reassuring. Derek arrived right on time and immediately impressed me with his professionalism and attention to detail. He communicated every step of the process, when he was on his way, what he planned to do, and how he would do it. He first asked what I needed, assessed the situation, and then completed everything I requested plus the full standard treatment. Derek removed cobwebs, sprayed both inside and outside, explained his methods clearly, and took care to protect the floors by covering his shoes. When finished, he locked up my garage appropriately and reached out, as I had asked, to confirm that everything was done. We quickly reviewed the service together, and I was completely satisfied. From start to finish, from Davis’s professionalism to Derek’s outstanding execution, the experience was phenomenal. I just hope that future visits continue to reflect the same high standards I experienced today. Five stars all the way.

We have bi-monthly treatment around our home and yard and our Green Magic techs have always been on time, reliable, and have been very professional in treating all areas we've needed done. They are great with scheduling and notifying you ahead of time of the date/time of your next pest control service so you're always in the loop. We've had them successfully address a black widow problem along our back fence, treat for an ant issue, and scorpions are a rarity ever since we've hired Green Magic. Yay! I highly recommend them. Took the time to talk with me on arrival about what we have been noticing around the house. Explained everything in detail what he was going to spray inside and out. Very thorough. We have been so happy with this company and their staff. Highly recommend.
