I had a great experience with Alex Baltista from Green Mango. They were punctual, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable about pest control. They took the time to inspect everything thoroughly and explained the treatment process in a way that was easy to understand. After their visit, I noticed a big improvement almost immediately. It’s clear they care about doing the job right. Highly recommend!

I've been using Green Mango for pest control for a years, and I couldn't be happier with the service. Neilsen is great! He is always extremely courteous, professional, and respectful of my home. He takes the time to explain what he’s doing and makes sure all my concerns are addressed. Most importantly, he does a great job—I’ve seen a noticeable improvement since he started treating the property. Reliable, friendly, and thorough—highly recommend!

Patrick Munoz was incredibly professional and responsive. After a recent pest control visit, I initially thought an area had been missed and contacted the company. Patrick personally followed up right away, explained the service in detail, and even offered to come back out just to give me peace of mind. I really appreciate the level of care and commitment he showed—going above and beyond to ensure the service was thorough and I felt comfortable. Service is being cancelled as of Today 09/02/2025. How do you have a tech show up 1. Unannounced 2. Not Scheduled and 3. Enter a property that you have no permission to enter. Your Tech carelessly was entering our property through the back gate. Calling our dog over so you can enter. We busted the tech trying to sneak in. He stopped when we stopped him outside the gate. Not our fault our dog scared your Tech. Your teams carelessness could have put your tech in danger as a unwanted guest. YOU NEED PERMISSION. We know how Green Mango operates and this is not NORMAL. Regardless if there is a service order you have always let us know when and where or if we need assistance. THIS IS CREEPY, CARELESS AND ALL TOGETHER PEOPLE NEED TO BE AWARE OF YOUR ACTIONS. We know the rules why don't you. All you stated was "It wont happen again and put a note on our account". Seems like the Techs entering a property unannounced, unscheduled could raise concern that YOU ARENT DOING WHAT YOUR SUPPOSED TOO! Like Trespassing, breaking and entering. How would we know who is showing up. That literally could escalate into a bigger problem than just a dog greeting you with an angry customer. Seems like lately as a company there needs so clear leadership.

***BUYER BEWARE!!!! WE SENT THIS OUT ON 9/15/25 & crickets....*** SORRY NOT SORRY THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!! To whom it may concern: I'm reaching out to you because it seems like I'm getting nowhere with the people in the office and I am getting tired of the run around. We have been customers for I think 10 years now and we are seriously considering canceling our service agreement with you. As of recently, the service provided from your company, especially the techs that come out to our property has been subpar. We have called and complained every time there was an issue. At this point I am not sure if the customer service reps made any notes because we feel like NO ONE CARES!!!!!!!!! I can list a few things that have happened: my landscape lights have been broken, my lounge chairs (which were very expensive btw) have been scuffed because of the hose, sometimes they don't go all the way to the back of the property with the hose and just use the backpack, when we get inside service there has been occasions where the solution used makes marks on my walls, numerous times they dont put down sticky traps-hopefully you catch my drift here! As of late, there was an incident that occurred and this is why we are reaching out to you. We were supposed to have our rodent traps checked on Wednesday, Sept 10th and then at around 115 in the afternoon I received an email stating that the service was done! I was home the whole day and I have cameras all around my property and NO ONE SHOWED UP let alone service the traps. So here I go again calling the office and asking them what is going on and the response I received was that the guy came and he re-baited the traps and he spoke to one of us---THAT WAS A BLATANT LIE!!! I was then told that the Manager of this 'guy' was coming to our property on Monday 9/15 to see if he really did come out or not. Ummm, excuse me but I'm not the liar here, what would I possibly gain doing so? I even went around to check if my cams were indeed functioning and they were fine. So today this person (Bernie) came by and stated that the 'service guy' did NOT service the rodent traps (yeah duh!) and when I asked why he would lie about this and his response was that "he was probably in a hurry". No apology, no acknowledgment of his employee NOT doing his job, NOTHING!! Actually he was on a call and proceeded to bait the traps while on the phone. I don't know how your company vets these service techs that come out but there needs to be a major reform here because they are the face of Green Mango and when they do not deliver then that makes you look bad and us even worse since we are paying for crappy service. These techs come into our homes and we are exposed to complete strangers and since people nowadays have issues with how there are differences of opinion on certain topics, how are we supposed to feel confident that we will get the service that we deserve and pay for? A handful and I'm being kind by saying this that came to our home were top notch others not so much. We had Rudy a few times and man we were spoiled by him because he took his time and was thorough and chatted with us on what he found and such. He really was awesome! Bottom line: Green Mango needs to do better!! Thank you for your attention to this matter. ***OUR REPLY TO THAT LAME RESPONSE FROM THE COMPANY*** The "owners" reply was very insensitive to say the least. No one ever reached out to me at all. Nothing was resolved. I just discontinued the service. That reply was a joke!!! It just goes to show you how they treat clients who have been with them for a long time. Good riddance!!!!

Neil is so great! I greatly appreciate the communication he provides when he is coming for my services, he keeps me in the loop about the activity if he sees it or not regarding pests. I appreciate being informed. he has been coming and doing my services for quite some time, I know this because my phone recognizes when It is him texting me And he has been consistently been the technician.

What happened? We used Green Mango for several years and truly loved their service in the beginning. They were reliable, communicated well, and we always felt confident knowing our home was protected, especially living in an area with spiders and scorpions, and having children we want to keep safe. Unfortunately, over the past year, things have really changed. They now send a text just a day before they plan to show up—at completely random times—without any real effort to work with our schedule. More often than not, no one is home when they come, so they only spray the exterior and leave. I’ve had to call and ask them to come back just to treat the inside, which is where our main concerns are. The personal communication and care we used to appreciate just isn’t there anymore. Technicians come and go without introductions or updates. When I finally decided to cancel due to the poor scheduling and lack of flexibility, they still showed up unannounced, sprayed anyway, and then sent the bill straight to collections. That was incredibly frustrating and disappointing after being a loyal customer for so long. We trusted Green Mango to help protect our family, but now we’ve had to turn to another company to feel safe and cared for again. I truly hope they return to the level of quality, communication, and customer respect that made them great in the first place.

It was nice to meet Jordan today as I am not home usually when he is here. I got to show him where my trouble stop is on the property and he agreed to continue treating my back fence line as that is where the mosquito problem is the worst. He is a good man

Green Mango is amazing! We’ve used them for about 2 years now. They are so thorough, and they keep all the bugs away. Two different times, when our neighbor was doing construction and critters were disturbed and found their way to our yard, I messaged them and they came right back out and did follow-up treatments in between our scheduled services and they took care of the problem! The man who usually services our home, Kol, is fantastic. Love him!

I was driving on the 101 Loop when a Green Mango truck laid on its horn and flipped me off for no reason. That’s not how any company vehicle should be representing a business. It might seem small, but how drivers act on the road says a lot about a company’s professionalism and respect for others. Hopefully management takes this seriously and reminds their team to drive safely and courteously.

I have been using green mango for about three years now and they are the best. All the people that come out to Service our property are great! They even inspect our property for termites once a year as part of the service we get and the bug spray is safe for children and pets. I highly recommend their services!

Green Mango has been our choice of pest control service for over 5 years, and we will never switch! Not only do we not have ANY critters in our house but we seldom see any outside as well! When we first moved in our house was a new build and we found 3 scorpions outside and in our garage within the first week! We immediately signed with Green Mango and haven’t seen one since! Green Mango is very accommodating and customize each visit based on your property’s needs and our favorite technician is Mateo! He’s wonderful, professional, prompt, communicative, and his service visits are nothing but excellent every time. Every tech we’ve had has been great as well! Thank you Green Mango for keeping our home pest free inside and out!

On Oct 14 2025 I recieved this first email stating Green Mango was changing their billing cycle. Instead of payment after service they would be charging $44 the first of every month. The email states that we have 2 weeks from that email to call if we dont accept those charges. I called Oct 21st 2025, 7 days after the email sent, and spoke with Caitlyn. I advised her that we would like to cancel our services indefinitely. She said she would have to send a note to customer service to have them review the account, then they would contact me and cancel. I asked her how long that would take. She advised me up to 7 days. I told her we dont want to be charged the $44 and the 7 days would run out the clock and we would be charged. She told me "dont worry you won't be charged." I then sent an email to customer service. In the email I stated that we want to cancel our services indefinitely and waiting 7 days to do that is unacceptable. I also said we do not want to get charged, since this is when the clock runs out on the 2 weeks timeline. The emailed response states, that they have a process to abide by and not to worry we WILL NOT BE CHARGED. This morning on Oct 22nd our account on file was charged $44. I was told by 2 people not to worry we won't be charged. Also, to make matters worse, it isn't even the first of the month. This company is shady and has horrible business practices. Not only lying to customers but charging without completing a service. We have been customers for almost 10yrs and this is how we are treated. We want our $44 refunded and services canceled today.

I’ve been using Green Mango Pest Control for years and get their quarterly service. They’ve always been on time, professional, and easy to work with. The technicians are friendly, explain what they’re treating, and make sure everything’s done right before they leave. My home has stayed pest-free, and on the rare occasion I need extra help, they’re quick to respond. It’s one of those companies that earns your trust and keeps it.

Been using them for years and have had no issues. Techs are always nice and communicative. Our techs today, Casey and his teammate, even helped us get a bird out of the grill of our truck today when he was done with the service. So obviously take great care of us!

As always, Green Mangos service was perfect. They confirmed setvice a day ahead, Colby was on time, did a thorough job, asked questions and let us know when he was finished! We have been pest free since we started using Green Mango services!

I had Green Mango a couple years ago and loved them. Every time they came out there was no issues with timing, scheduling or anything. If I needed to reschedule because it didn’t work with my schedule, I called and they were so fast to be accommodating for me. My fiancé and I just bought a house and started having spiders and I immediately knew who to call. I never had any issues with them before and every tech that came out was so nice and informative when ever I had a question. I recommend them to everyone. They are great!!

What happened Green Mango?! Your flat black trucks and popping green logo used to be a brand I was proud to use. I was a customer for many years. Your cost keep climbing ($89 for the last spray) and your service is very poor. More than once I have had to call back because the technician did not complete their service before they left. The last time Dylan arrived at 7:30 am and never knocked on our door. I heard someone dragging a hose around the front of my house. By the time I put my shoes on and met him at my garage, his hose was rolled up. I ask if he was going to do the back yard. I put my dog away and unlocked my gate. After he left I check and he only sprayed every other wall. I called to voice a complaint and got the AI phone service. No one called me back, so I tried 2 days later. Still no call, but my wife got a text. I finally spoke to Supervisor John and said I need to cancel my subscription. He promised to have someone call me on the day I was most available. Well, no surprise, I never got a call. Thankfully I did get through when I called at 3:45 pm and canceled my service. Don’t know if it is new ownership or not, but not the same Green Mango I was very pleased with in the past.
