He came while I was in a meeting without any forewarning and then when I was done he was gone and I looked at the deck and I still found 4 spiders and webs on my stairs - I’m truly annoyed and frustrated But then they called me about the issue and scheduled another tech to come out and also addressed the communication issue as well! Discovered a flea and tick situation on a Saturday, called the 24 hour number Sunday afternoon and spoke with Jason who was empathetic and kind. It took a bit of back and forth but got an appointment for me for treatment on Tuesday am. The guys were nice and polite. I’m out of house now - as is necessary for 3-4 hours after treatment. Will see how it turned out

He always checks in when he comes to do the regular service and is very responsive to questions and addressing any new pest issues we’ve identified. Also very helpful whenever we’ve requested special appointments - he’s super knowledgeable and helped us fix any concerns. Definitely recommend!
