Can't say enough about the outstanding experience and tremendous overall level of customer service I received from Angel and Justin from the Green Pest Solutions team. No one likes or wants to deal with a bees nest, and I had a massive nest that formed outside my garage door that created havoc for over a week....I tried just about every retail/home improvement solution and/or Amazon-based gimmick, as I did every pest control company in NJ and a handful of useless others who simply sent me to call centers based in Ohio and Utah. Fortunately for me, I connected with Justin from the GPS Team, who was by far the most diligent and responsive, and appreciated my sense of urgency and concerns about the nest. Justin was able to expedite my service, and coordinate my treatment with Angel, service technician, who made it a priority to travel to my home and execute same day service. I've owned 4-5 homes in my lifetime and while I've worked with a dozen pest control companies, Angel was far and away the most professional, thorough, helpful, knowledgable technician with whom I've ever worked. He not only took care of the problem, but reassured me the GPS team would be available and responsive if, for any reason, the problem resurfaced. Can't say enough about the team and while I don't write many online reviews (this one is by far the longest) I genuinely appreciate Justin's, Angel's, and GPS' commitment to a positive customer experience, as I do the high level of responsiveness, and service when needed most.

I had a fantastic experience with Angel Perez from Green Pest Solutions. From the moment I called, the staff was professional, responsive, and friendly. Angel arrived promptly and identified the entry points the rodents were using. He explained the entire process clearly, sealed everything up, set traps safely and strategically, and sprayed the exterior for other pests. I appreciated his reassurance of Green Pest Control's promise for regular maintenance if anything unexpected were to arise. Highly recommended for anyone looking for reliable and honest pest control!

Booking service was easy over the phone. Next day technician texted arrival in 30 minutes. Met and discussed service needed which was completed. Tech also inspected perimeter of house for any additional issues. Overall everything was great. After a couple days problem appears to be resolved. Thank you

thank you Johnny and Mason for such an amazing job! They went over the entire house several times, got every nest and even cleared up old nests. I can’t recommend them enough! We have had bee issues for several years and this company by far exceeded our expectations. They did an amazing job, very thorough, highly recommend!

Very prompt and very good service. What I thought were yellow jackets (paper wasps according to Nicholas) had started w/ a small nest over my front steps. Repellents did not work at all. Nicholas removed the nest and at my request only treated a minimal area. With the 30 day free return visit, we could address the immediate issue without doing more than necessary. Paper wasps are perfectly fine otherwise.

The same employee (Johnny) comes to service our property each quarter. He always checks in to see if we've had any issues. He is thorough in his evaluation of the property and addresses any issues. Yesterday, he identified a yellow jacket nest behind my shed and took care of it. I feel like he prevented me from get a sting or two when I next worked in the area. I wasn't even aware of the issue. He is also knowledgeable and has explained pest related issues to me. I am glad that we have this service.

Very thorough. Located and sprayed wasp nests. I purchased annual plan and Nick told me I was entitled to a 2 week followup visit at which time he will remove the remnants of the nest, when it will be safer. Happy with this company and technician.

I appreciate having a regular service that I can count on. Each person that has come has been pleasant, thorough and efficient. Also, I am given a report each time, about my property, stating what was assessed and done. I am satisfied with their service.
