I highly recommend the Green Pest Solutions team. Every single one of them has done an outstanding job making sure I have no pest problems and always make sure to do a thorough job of checking for any signs of anything. Eric, the team member who arrived today, was no exception to this. He was thoughtful, professional and friendly. He even called to check if I had any issues I would like him to look into before he proceeded with our service, since it appeared I wasn’t home. The extra customer care is very much appreciated.

Wayne was to our home for the first time today for our annual ant application around the perimeter of our home and he was absolutely wonderful. We have a long history with Green Pest Solutions so I’ve met and gotten to know some of the technicians over time and they’ve all been wonderful as well. Wayne was an absolute pleasure. He was so very kind, courteous, personable, respectful and professional. And he’s very, very knowledgeable which turned out to be very comforting and reassuring to me considering an unexpected issue that we discovered just yesterday that seemed to escalate that I wound up asking him about which was totally unrelated to the reason for his visit. He investigated and explained things to me that I was totally unaware of. Having that comfort and reassurance means so much to me and I am so grateful to him for everything he did, how beautifully he treated me and the comfort level I felt with him. I would love for him to be our technician going forward.

I contacted green pest to treat a bad face hornets nest at my home. They answered the first time I called and scheduled a tech for the next morning. The tech arrived in a marked vehicle and was knowledge and professional female. Very satisfied. I paid for a one time treatment which includes one follow up within 30 days if needed.

Raina came to my home today. She was very kind and professional. Also very informative and able to answer any questions that I had . She was very thorough with her inspection and then treatment . I honestly loved her and hope she’s able to return as my future tech for future visits. All of the gentlemen that I spoke to on the phone leading to her visit were also very kind, informative, and reassuring of their treatment plans for any issue I may run into.

Fast service! Thorough inspection. Timely arrival. Great education. Really appreciate the quick turnaround. Anxiously awaiting the little buggers to bring the treatment to the nest!

We have been customers for years and always receive great service. Most recently, Eric came out to check on some mice activity in our attic and to attend to an underground wasp nest. He was patient and explained the how’s and why’s of his findings and quickly and effectively took care of the problem. As someone who does not do well with rodents or bugs, having an on-call service is essential to avoid the hassle of tackling these tasks.

Very intelligent with dealing with finding the entrance of the bees. Explain in steps what we should expect after he sprays around the house. Also inspected our open beams for termites very thoroughly.

I wanted to love this services, but incredibly disappointed and frustrated. Beware - I received a cancellation confirmation email and was billed by them less than a half hour after. - Scheduling: They ask you what days you are available to have a tech come out. They will attempt to send tech out on day that you are NOT available, you will have to call and they will tell you it is an error on their end. Then you will go longer than 3 months without them ever sending a tech out, you will have to call and ask them why and they will tell you that was an error on their end. - Technicians: We had one technician who was fantastic and we really appreciated his assessment and feedback. The other technician was not very professional and his assessment felt lazy (example: telling us to stop storing food in the basement, when we had no food in our basement) - Billing: I called to cancel my account and be refunded due to not receiving service, I was told that they were going to look into how much they could refund me and that they would call me back. I receive no call but the following day at 8:46 AM I receive an email confirming that my account was cancelled and then at 9:09 AM they email me a receipt because they billed me for another month of service (screenshot attached). Had to call them to be told that this was due to an error on their end. Aside from not calling back when they said they would call back, the customer service individuals are very kind. Overall I would not recommend using this service due to many internal errors on their end.

What started as a nightmare was quickly resolved with Green Pest Solutions. Our first phone call with Chris was easily navigated and he scheduled us within 48 hours for the first treatment. Our tech Raina was top notch!! She worked efficiently yet thoroughly and our problem (bed bugs 😩) was quickly taken care of. The prep work was intense but necessary to completely rid your home of the bugs. Cannot recommend this company enough!
