Just moved, submitted an inquiry online and got a call back within 3 minutes. The employee I spoke with was clear and transparent with communication, pricing, and detailed out what their service i was requesting would look like. Appointment for service was less than 24hrs after the initial phone call! The tech that came to my house was friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough, I couldn't have asked for a better service in my opinion. 10/10 recommended, and forever grateful for my tech, Chris, who made all the cobwebs and spiders in my unfinished basement disappear ❤️

Tried to give a company that’s not one of the big ones a chance. They charged me $500 to for one month, and did not handle the problem. They started out great a couple of years ago, but I’m very unhappy with the outcome. Collectively, I’ve paid them probably thousands of dollars and they are trying to charge more when I tell them they still haven’t solved the problem.

If I could give zero stars I would. I signed up for their membership which has them come and spray the outside of your home a few times a years. This doesn't mitigate the intense ant problem in my home! The technician will text you and say they're going to be there at a certain time, even if it falls out of the time range agreed upon while scheduling. Also, my house requires gates to be unlocked to access areas for outdoor spraying. if nobody is there to unlock those gates but they come by to do their service, what service did they do exactly? Sit in their car and say that they did it? Also, I've tried to get out of this "membership" but cannot, locked in! So I try so hard to use the services but it's always so janky. I wish I could just be done with these people. I actually sometimes call a different company just so I don't have to deal with them. But guess what? That costs me another $100 on top of whatever monthly charge Greenix charges me. Feels so great to just throw money down the drain. I have zero idea how this place has the high star rating that they do. Phone customer service agents are pleasant even though they don't seem too know what they're doing either.

Dolly was knowledgeable, professional and communicative about our wasp issue. Regularly updated the procedure via video texts and suggested ways we could improve conditions on our property to lessen the risk of repeated pest problems. A pleasure to deal with.

The Greenix PC Chicago Team has been out soliciting their pest control service throughout Chicagoland. They were in my neighborhood yesterday, and Ryan Y. came to my door with a Memorial Day special. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, taking the time to educate me on their pest control services without any pressure. Even though I'm a long-time customer of another company, Ryan's approach and expertise made a great impression. Highly recommend him and Greenix for their excellent customer service and expertise. Thank you Ryan for all the time you spent educating me. Greenix is lucky to have you!

Jose was great! Explained everything when questions were asked. Did the inside and out of the house. Found the nest in the attic area

Julius came in and sprayed for ants and also offered in deph knowledge about how to take care of them in the future if the issue happens to arise again. Also checked around the house for other potential problems like perhaps rodents just to make sure everything looks good. He was very friendly and respectful. I would 100% hire him again. Totally recommend.

Very straightforward! Dolly was the service tech. They were very informative, answered my many questions and had expedient service. I had yellow jackets nesting in the eaves and already the activity has diminished. Process was upfront with pricing and quick response.thank you!

I'd take stars instead of giving ANY!!! Worse company to work with. Promises to come spray outside every 6 weeks then inside and outside every quarter...after initial service had to wait 11 WEEKS!! then because my quarterly service would be the next month they cancelled it so now I won't get interior service for another 4 months!!! Only reason for switching to Greenix was because the sales representative, Adam, would not take no for an answer and would not leave my front porch. Don't waste your time with this company. They bill you monthly and take your money but good luck getting any real service! Livid customer here!

Ian was amazing at explaining all the details and leaving no confusion when it came to the contract. He was very upfront about the pricing and terms I would be signing and offered me a great deal! I tested out the first service and loved the work the technician did so decided to continue my contract. Overall great experience!
