I’m typically hesitant to get any service that I can do myself, however, the pkg deal was very economical. I won’t have to worry about cleaning out the cobwebs and remembering when, where and how to apply products for bugs and pest control! Time is precious and I value mine. Products are also pet friendly, which is important to me. Sales person took his time to answer all my numerous questions and I feel he was being honest and had my concerns up front. Service person was very polite and considerate. He took care of property and moved items out of the way for a complete application. He also took time to let my dogs get acquainted with him so they wouldn’t bark while he worked around the house and inside garage. Very happy with service and quality of service. Highly recommend!

I had an urgent issue with a beehive after the bees made their way into my home, and this company came out the very same day. The worker was kind, knowledgeable, and very efficient in handling the problem. Excellent service from start to finish—I highly recommend them!

So far so good! I called the office and spoke with the secretary. She was very friendly and Did not push a contract or anything like that on me. There was good communication back-and-forthThe technician Alexander called me before and after and answered any of my questions and was very professional and very friendly!Okay so I wanna update my review that day that Alexander came. I don’t know if this has anything to do with it, but it poured the rain for hours after he was here the next day the beehive was just as active they were really bad and they were all over my backyard as well and they were more active so I called the company and they sent out another technician for no additional cost. So this time it was James, who came out very professional and definitely knows his stuff! He really treated the beehive and educated me on these bees! And beehive what there is no bee activity! Thank you James!

The service tech exhibited proper manners, and seemed to be knowledgeable. My only issue is that a rep was supposed to arrive between 11am and 3 pm, and he showed up at 8am. This caught us off guard. We’ll see how well the wasps are handled.

This was my first meeting with Javier and he was fantastic. A total professional had tons of ideas on how to help us with our issue and we are just so grateful that he was such an exceptional representative of his company and he’s really did a great job and was very kind and very polite and very professional, and we couldn’t ask for more. We had our regularly scheduled pest service done today. James, our technician was made aware of specific “hot spot” requests I had mentioned to customer service days earlier. He was incredibly thorough paying special attention to those areas of concern. James was professional, knowledgeable, efficient and respectful. He demonstrated the type of direct customer service not usually seen from home service organizations. As a whole Greenix is quick to respond to service requests and ensures those requests were met to my satisfaction. I can always call back (and have) if needed to have any unexpected areas addressed. Their price point is fair and the service speaks for itself. I will continue to recommend them to friends and family.

The technician was very friendly and took time to explain not only what our issues but why they happened. He also offered options to prevent future (inevitable) occurrences. Very well done. Not salesy.

Austin was terrific. He was patient and took time to explain and answer any questions I had. He was thorough and showed me all areas of concern. He was empathetic to my worry, concern and nervousness as well. Would definitely recommend him.

I want to apologize for the delay of my post, but I had an appointment. I can't say enough great things about James and his professionalism. He is the ONLY technician that has taken me through a thorough check of my rodent problem and how to address it. He walked me through every point of entry that the rodents were getting through and where they were nesting. He was very thoughtful about giving me information that was not overwhelming. However, he did not leave anything out and his plan of action to rid me of the rodents, was encouraging. I really appreciate James for his patience, expertise, and patience.
