Matt was extremely thorough with me. He took the time to discussed everything with me. He showed me where the Mice come from he showed me where he put all the outside traps. I was very thankful and Matt helped me out extremely. He was very kind and patient with me. I give him five stars up. Great company I will continue working with them. I will also recommend them to other people.

Justen came out today and set some traps for a minor mouse issue we are having. He was prompy, very friendly, honest and informative. He thoroughly explained everything he was doing and why, and put my mind at ease, reassuring me that we do not have an infestation of mice!! I would highly recommend their services!

I just want to say that Daniel was absolutely amazing. Very personable. Very understanding. Explained every process so I had a better understanding as this is a first for me. Avoid this company at all costs. Signed a contract in Oct of last year. They service 4 times a year. Our first service was 12/26 and then on 3/24. Not a lot of pests outside in December and March. Next service was on 6/25 and each time they have only serviced the outside of the house as they don’t give you enough advanced notice and communication is poor. Well since the June service we have a lot of spider activity inside and outside. I called and they offered a follow up visit at no charge to do the basement and outside. Again, no advance notice. Saw them on the ring doorbell and rushed home but they refused to do the inside and instead gave us glue strips to put down. The attached pictures show the webs by the doors that the technician left. When asked why this was acceptable, the technician responded that this is the level of service you get on a follow up visit and that full service is only done on a quarterly visit. Well I wouldn’t need a follow-up visit if they were done properly and done when pest are actively present and not the day after Christmas. Oh, and you can only cancel by calling and you can’t do it if your contract isn’t up yet or you will be hit with a cancellation fee. I will be calling back next month to cancel in full as this is not acceptable service for paying over $800/year.
