Love Green leaf. I called them at 7.30am because I had bug problems in my kitchen and have little kids so I was very worried and getting nervous. I was able to sign up with them as a new customer. They came over by 8.45am that same date to take care of the bug issue. That was very fast and efficient!! The tech was very friendly and did a fantastic job in spraying and scheduled us for 2week follow up but also said if I see anything over the weekend to call them and they will come over to make sure the bugs issue is taken care off. Highly highly recommend them! They are a company that value clients and truely care for them! I am very happy with them so far.

All of their workers are always prompt, and courteous. Andrew was extremely thoughtful and even after he sprayed inside and outside, he asked if I wanted him to do a service outside my garage that would prevent scorpions. I would of never thought to ask him to do that additionally after spraying and because it was hot out, but I really appreciate his quality customer service, and going above and beyond to keep my house protected.

This was the first time Elijah W. I came to service my home and right when I saw him he had a big smile and was super nice and respectful the entire time. I’ve had Greenleaf spray my home many times but this young guy had such good manners and professionalism with his job I had to give him kudos and let you guys know that he’s a keeper. We have been very pleased with Green Leaf Pest Control. Our representative Nick was very friendly and informative when we signed up. After the first treatment we noticed immediate results—over 20 dead crickets on our patio. The products they use are clearly effective. Today, Andrew provided our follow-up service and was extremely thorough with both the interior and exterior treatment. His professionalism and attention to detail left a great impression. We had a wonderful experience with Ralph Campbell from Greenleef Pest Control. As a technician he was great—not only was he clearly knowledgeable about the treatment, but he was also very personable and friendly. We especially appreciated that he didn't rush; he genuinely took his time to inspect and treat everything properly. If you're looking for quality service from a friendly face, this is the company to choose.

Update: Spoke with Ashley in cancellations and she had zero sympathy and a terrible attitude. Explained to her the misunderstanding and that my husband just thought he was signing for the service to come out. He was rushed at work and was just thought he was booking any other regular service. It was not explained in detail (even though she blamed my husband that it was). She said quote “it was in big bold letters” and there’s absolutely nothing she could help me with. Couldn’t care less about the customer just about getting $350. An extra $250 for them to do absolutely nothing. I felt talked down to and she made me feel like we were idiots. Then sent me the bill with no cancellation agreement or even a description. All it said was “invoice”. I would avoid unless you want to get locked into a subscription with consequences. Asked my husband to book a pest control company to take something off my plate and found out he booked it and accidentally got locked into a year contract (he had no idea). Once I got the emails, I told him that was a mistake and to call and cancel (literally one week later and 1 visit total) and he was told it’s a $250 cancellation fee. What on earth, for what? They told him there is nothing they can do. They also did an absolutely terrible job as well. They weren’t even here 10 minutes. Feels like we are stuck in a crooked scam now.

A month ago I wrote: Great service! Really nice people. This is an edit of my first review! I wish I'd seen these other reviews before we signed a contract. The sales guy was very nice (of course he's trying to sell something!), but very determined, pushy and had a very smooth sales pitch that was quick and a bit vague. Unfortunately I was talked into signing a contract. We just tried to call and cancel it, but it seems that it will cost $250 to cancel! They tell you you get the first treatment for $1, but what they don't tell you is that the "real charge" would be $250, IF you don't sign the contract (It's written in there and they've covered their butts!)…and if you cancel before your year is up you’ll have to pay it in full! Then they hurry you through the signing and get busy doing the first treatment, so you don't ask questions! When we signed the contract, we were leaving town the next day for 5 weeks. As my credit card is being charged each month, I'm adding up the expense of this bug treatment (the guy was here maybe 10 minutes)...the total is over $700 for the year! What a rip off and what a scam...if this company comes to your door, don't fall for their sales pitch. If you do, you’ll pay!

First off the sales I met Kyle in sales team knocked on my door , at first I was hesitant to say yes but he was honest about pricing and all info regarding pest , after about an hour of chatting the pros and cons ! Today I met one of the green leaf professionals, Andrew , great guy ! Very knowledgeable kind and demonstrated a lot of respect! Thanks I’m sure we won’t regret signing up with this wonderful passionate family owned business!! THANK YOU !!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Malakai from Green Leaf Pest Control did an excellent job. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the services clearly. He represented the company very well and made us feel confident in choosing Green Leaf. We also appreciated how great he was with our three dogs. That says a lot about his patience and professionalism. Highly recommend.

Roger was great to talk to on the phone when setting up the pest control service and termite treatment. We were scheduled to get service in 2 days, really fast! The technician did a very thorough job and cleaned once he was done. He was very friendly as well. Definitely recommend.

I set up my appointment by phone with Roger, who was great at explaining the process of termite treatment; thankfully I only found a tunnel coming in through a crack in my garage cement floor. They were able to schedule me quickly, and Randy, their tech arrived on time and was also detailed in going over what he would be doing. He got right to work and completed the job quickly and efficiently. Randy was extremely professional and pleasant to engage with. I feel alot better having the critters taken care of, and if I ever need pest control again, GreenLeaf will be who I call! Thank you Roger, Mike and Randy.

We just started rodent and Pest Control with Green Leaf in Peoria, Arizona. The communication to set up was easy. The prices are fair. The crewmember Jordan came out promptly and listened to my issues. He set out bait stations and sprayed inside and out. He gave me guidelines on what to watch for to see if my issues get resolved. I was very pleased with Jordan‘s professionalism and timeliness. Thank you.

The person who came out to my house to spray today was Amazing.He actually told us he found ant hills in our backyard and sprayed them. That was the first time anyone told us that. And I knew they were there too. He was very professional spoting those hills. He deserves a 5 stars. I love this company Thank You for keeping me bug and ant free.

Deeply Unsatisfied With Greenleaf Pest Control I’m writing this review because of ongoing issues with Greenleaf Pest Control’s business practices, billing accuracy, and customer service. In mid-June, a salesperson came to my home (new development) despite a clearly posted no-solicitation sign. He rang the doorbell and knocked repeatedly while I was working from home. To get him to leave, I agreed to try the $1 one-month service he offered. I authorized only that trial month. They serviced my home only once inside and only twice total, yet they attempted to bill me for six months of service I did not authorize. When I disputed the charges, they told me the “early cancellation” fee would be $250—despite the fact that I never agreed to an ongoing contract. My interaction with Ashley in customer service was dismissive and unhelpful. There was no effort to problem-solve or resolve the dispute. I would not recommend Greenleaf Pest Control, especially to residents in new developments. Ignoring posted signs, misrepresenting services, and charging for months of work that never occurred are unacceptable business practices.

The young gentleman who originally spoke to us to get the service was very polite and gave us a great deal. Both of the employees were very respectful and detailed in explaining everything for us to understand. I highly recommend others to give Greenleaf Pest Control a try. Not only was the customer service great, they are a family based company who are doing a great job.
