Introduced himself and explained that he was going to inspect the area. Cleaned where the spiders had webs and then sprayed the perimeter and then came in and dusted my bathroom sink and outlet where the ants were coming in. Offered suggestions of things to do to help prevent ants from coming in. Very knowledgeable and very professional and friendly. Very good encounter. 👍

5 stars each for Johnnie and Cliff. Johnnie did our inspection on a Thursday, and Cliff started our treatments and set traps the next day. Both gentlemen were on time, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Cindy and Lauren in the office are sweet and helpful, too. Great company.
