Pest control recently came to my apartment for an inspection. While I appreciate that they were thorough, I was very disappointed with the way they left my home. Cushions and pillows were torn apart, covers were removed from both my bed and my child’s toddler bed, and nothing was put back in place. It felt unprofessional and inconsiderate to leave such a mess after the inspection. Thoroughness is important, but professionalism also means respecting a tenant’s home. I hope this feedback helps improve the way inspections are handled in the future.

Do not trust these people. For two years in a row I have been billed for services not performed. I have an escape artist for a dog so the fence to my back yard is always locked. This year they showed up at 8:00 am unannounced. I have repeatedly told them to call me and I will gladly open the gate (if I am home). When I call the office they say they called but got no answer. I asked why don't you text me because they have my correct phone number. No response. The office said the technician left a note to call for a follow up since the gate was locked. He left no note. They do not act like a very truthful company. If they send out bills knowing work was not completed. Bad practice. By the way they are NOT accredited by Better Business Bureau.

Messiah Harris did a great job and did his due diligence in making sure that my baits are up to date. He also educate me on how the bait system, knowledgeable and polite. I want Messiah Harris to be my inspector each year for as long as he works there.

I was hoping to have service with this company for termite control so I booked an appointment for a quote. Chance came out on a Friday and spent a good hour walking the property and talking with us. He was supposed to have a quote by Monday but we never heard from him again. I called the office and talked to the receptionist and she said she would get a hold of him and call back. She never did. The lack of follow through by this business is astonishing. They must have more than enough clients to be able to just brush people off like this. At least call back and say thanks but no thanks. I recommend going with another service if it is available in your area.
