Guardian Pest control is always professional from calls to service techs. But my last encounter with Alex B. was very impressive. We get quarterly maintenance and after all of these years, I didn't know I could pay on-line and leave a card on file for future payments. He was very knowledgeable about different treatments and suggestions. He's had the best customer service out of all the techs we've encountered.

We just had Carl out at our house to spray for ants. He was top notch! Very informative and knowledgeable about his job, pleasant to talk to, and thorough in his work. He explained everything to us, got right to work, and was in and out in a timely manner. He is a great representative of the company. We will certainly use Guardian again.

Mr Taylor was very informative as well as courteous. He informed me of the difference between some of the insects around the home. He sprayed the inside and outside of the house and I was very pleased. I would call on him again to Spray the house inside and out again thank you Mr. Taylor

I called Guardian Pest Control because of a problem with bees at my mom's house. They were able to send a technician out the same day. Danny came out and he listened to me as I shared my issues and concerns. He explained what he would do to help solve my problem. He also explained the cost and what to expect if more service was needed in the future to help with our issues. He was very kind and made me feel at ease. He then serviced my mom's house and garage to eradicate the bees. I am so glad that Guardian was able to immediately send out Danny and my problem was tackled quickly. I had already gotten bit twice this summer and wanted to be sure no other children or grandchildren would have this happen to them.

Tracy was my customer service rep. She was nice and professional. She set up the appt. Immediately. Carl,the technician, was right on time. He greeted me, explained, and got to work. Yellow jackets are gone/dead! Good too, because they are at the front door area. I will definitely only use them again...if needed. Thank you, Guardian Pest!

I contacted 3 places for an estimate, and Guardian was the only place to contact me back. They sent someone out that same day for an estimate which was SUPER reasonable and affordable. Michael T treated our house during that same visit, and he was VERY knowledgeable and understanding. I've already seen several dead carpenter ants just hours after treatment which has really put my mind at ease after weeks of struggling with them. SUPER grateful for Guardian and Michael T!

Danny came to our house to spray the outside and was so informative. He was very kind and in an amazing mood. I had a lot of questions and he answered them all very thoroughly. Fair pricing and excellent service. Will use again!

I had a wasp problem and needed fast service due to my severe allergies if stung. Danny came out the next day and treated the active nest as well as the entire outside perimeter for a very reasonable price. He was very knowledgeable and set me at ease immediately. I highly recommend this company. They are family owned and operated, which is also a perk in my opinion.
