Not happy. They put holes In my step and did not repair correctly I am furious. The step should look like new. I will be sending them the bill to resurface the whole step.

They were very fast to book an app for a quote. My wife asked the guy how to schedule the services and he said to call or email the office the next day, but calling would be faster. The next day she called and no one answered. There was also no way to leave a voice mail. She sent an email and no answer. This morning she called after they opened and a lady answered with just "hello". While my wife was asking if this was the correct place, the lady hung up on her. The guy has told my wife she could text him if we had any questions so she reached out to him as well with no response. Apparently from previous reviews, this has been an on going problem with this company. I'll never beg a business to take my money. Just don't waste your time here.

The commercial side lady was extremely rude with a horrible attitude. We are potentially moving into military housing and a question regarding a service that happened 2 years ago and she was just rude. Military housing asked us to call the pest control company for more information. Didn't even want to make an attempt to search. She acted like we were bothering her to do her job. If you could avoid this company I would. They obviously do not keep meticulous records of the work they do and are uninterested in answering questions.

Great work fixing up underneath an older home that needed LOTS of care. Went above and beyond fixing up a storage shed/garage. Will definitely use them again!

I've been a customer for about 15 years. Service used to be great. The past couple of years the service/communication has gotten significantly worse. This past couple of years I've had to call almost monthly to get sprayed again for different infestations (roaches, ants, etc.). I call and let them know what and where we are having issues and the technician only seems to do the bare minimum now. I remember when Shannon used to come out and when we mentioned an issue over the phone, he would arrive and confirm it with us. Now the techs arrive onsite without this information (or they just don't take the time to find out why they are respraying) and just does a quick respray. I've also found that the receptionist is not very customer friendly. When she called to schedule my next service I let her know that after 15 years of service we were going with another company. She said okay and just hung up. This is obviously a company that no longer cares about providing good service. After 15 years it's time for to find a new company as this one no longer cares. Just read other recent reviews and you can see they've gone downhill.
