Sherenity from Hawx Pest Control was spectacular! She was able to fit me into her schedule which really helped me to fix a quickly escalating problem I wanted to solve! She was very respectful, polite and executed the task at hand with ease. Her assessment was thorough and also provided me with pictures of the issues I had and FIXED every one! It has been 3 days since I moved into my new home and I am so grateful for her care and the immediate service that Hawx Pest Control provided for me! Thank you again for all your speedy and effective care! My new home is currently pest free!

Brian was very punctual and kind. I work from home and my husband is the one who set up the appointment, but the customer service was amazing and he was a very kind and approachable man. Especially since I had a work call when he got here and he waited to double check with me before he left. I have not had a bad experience yet. Thank you so much!

⭐ 1 out of 5 stars Unacceptable Behavior & Zero Accountability I had a terrible experience with this pest control company. A salesman came to my house, clearly saw the “No Soliciting” sign, and left — only to come back later and steal the sign off my property. Yes, he stole my sign. I even have footage of it. I immediately reported this to the company’s customer service team, expecting at least an apology or acknowledgment. No one ever followed up. Not a call, not an email — absolutely no accountability for their employee’s unethical and frankly illegal behavior. If this is how they treat potential customers — ignoring signs, trespassing, stealing property, and then ghosting complaints — I can only imagine how poor their actual services are. I would never recommend this company to anyone. There are far more professional and respectful pest control companies out there.

I would like to thank Connor for his recent work at my home. He took great care and patience with all my concerns. He made me feel valuable as a customer and I had not felt this before. I had really considered discontinuing the service. However, due to Connor's attentiveness and service to my home I have had a change of heart and now look forward to continuing my pest control service. Thank you very much Connor!
