I’ve been with Hawx Pest Control for several years here in Round Rock TX, and I highly recommend them. DJay, our service tech, came out yesterday (as he has now for a few years) and did both inside and outside treatments. He is always friendly and professional, inspecting my property as he works for any potential problems but never trying to “bulldoze” me into buying more services which I truly respect and appreciate. This was our first time needing pest control in our new home and our technician Braeden did an awesome job and was super friendly. He explained everything and made this experience super easy. Although the technicians are very nice, thorough and helpful, the company is terrible! I haven’t ever had such an issue canceling service when a contract was completed. After calling a month in advance to advise I would no longer use them after the contract is up, they sent someone out for my current scheduled appointment as per my contract. Then they started charging month to month. I called to advise that I had already cancelled service and argued with the rep for about 45 minutes! When asked to be transferred to a manager I was told they don’t have managers! He finally said he would reverse the charge. Then I received another call saying that I still owe another bill even though I cancelled and chose not to do a month to month and was told that if I don’t pay the invoice and I called to cancel in August (because the contract states that they require a month notice of cancellation) they would charge me an early termination fee of $199 when I didn’t cancel early, I was simply not re-signing a contract! This is the worst company I’ve ever had to deal with! And to be completely honest, their product is of poor quality as well. I had to call them out weekly for treatments for spiders, ants, and fleas!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company at all! Do not let their sales reps push you into!

We have loved Hawx for our pest control! We always get the best service. I have had Braeden these past few times and his communication, education and advice has been amazing. He hears my concerns and does the most for tending to my home.

Cody with Hawx is just suck a good man, very thorough and professional, informs me of everything he does. He’s such a chipper man, he’s fun to be around! He’s been catching these rodents like there’s no tomorrow! You definitely want Cody for your pest control!
