Watch your billing. I paid for them to come 6 times in 2023. They came 4. I paid for them to come 6 times in 2024. They came 5. I was told I needed to call them the month after they didn't come to get credit. Guess I should have babysat better. Update: Their propose solution is crediting me one month instead of sending me the $300 I paid for services I did not receive. Unacceptable. Again - watch your billing!!

Horrible billing and horrible service. Ross K was not professional and I can almost guarantee he was drinking alcohol while working. He was sloppy and missed some stuff around our house in Appleton. Their billing sucks, its overpriced and they dont do anything that I asked.

Ross is an Amazing technician. He tells me all he is doing and is very thoural. Thank you for your hard work and time. If only the office had their affairs in order.

Their billing is horrible. Be aware that you cant cancel their service without a substantial fee. Ross was our tech and he did not care about our home. He was so quick and skipped a lot of stuff we asked him to look at outside for bugs. I could tell he was annoyed at us and just wanted to leave. I dont recommend Hawks at all. Overpriced and bad service.
