    Excellent Service from Phillip! Phillip from Hawx Pest Control was outstanding! He arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and made sure every concern I had was addressed. He was polite, professional, and thorough—taking the time to inspect both inside and outside the home. I really appreciated how respectful and detail-oriented he was. You can tell he genuinely cares about his work and customer satisfaction. I definitely recommend requesting Phillip if you want top-quality service and peace of mind knowing the job was done right.

    Only gave one star because I had to. I scheduled a service for today 11/18 from 8am-8pm. I was told that I would be given a 30 min grace period phone call for them to arrive. Around 11:30 I received a text that my service had been completed, which I did not get the in route phone call. I ended up calling the office to see if the text was in error and I was told that it wasn’t and that the tech had just left. So I let her know how unprofessional this is and how inconvenient it was to me because today was my only off day to get the service done and it wasn’t competed. I then asked if the tech could come back to complete the service and I was told it couldn’t happen for another 4 days, then I was also told that I could perform the service myself after I already paid $100 for the service to completed by professionals. Very unprofessional on both tech and customer service. I will be finding other providers

    UPDATE: "Sydney" responded - no resolution. Despite calling to cancel and being told I was cancelled, the representative did not close my account. Instead he manipulated the call to schedule a "final" service and lied to me that I would not be charged again and my account was cancelled. Any rational person would understand that I wanted to cancel and not be charged again, this was a predatory tactic to get another month of payment. Absolutely terrible customer service and practice. I'm embarrassed that I ever recommended them. Used them for several years and were happy with service and even recommended to others. We cancelled to take a break and were told "no further action needed on our part" and assured we were cancelled and would not be charged again. The next month I was charged so I called to get it refunded. I was told even though we cancelled we were suppose to call back again to confirm that we cancelled...allegedly we were sent an email explaining this (we have multiples from Hawx because we never delete our emails, but none saying we needed to call back to confirm cancellation.) It's not about the money but it's the fact that it feels like they tricked us into paying for another month and then just kept saying "we should have known" and they can't help with anything because of their "system". If a company tells me I will not be charged again I do not think I should take that to mean I better double check and call back to confirm a second time. Very shady business that I will now go out of my way to never recommend.

    Please be extremely careful when signing up with this company and make sure you fully understand what you’re agreeing to. Hawx contacted me nonstop for almost three years — constant calls and text messages trying to get me to sign up. I finally gave in, and honestly, I regret it. What they don’t make clear upfront is that you pay monthly even during months where you receive no service at all. They only come out every 4–6 months, yet they bill you every single month. If you want actual monthly service, you have to schedule it yourself. Otherwise, they just continue charging. On top of that, when my property manager told me I could no longer use outside pest control companies, I called Hawx and explained the situation. The representative told me that if I submitted documentation, she would cancel the contract. I provided exactly what they asked for — and the cancellation never happened. They continued billing anyway. At this point, I will be taking legal action to remove myself from this misleading, money-grabbing company. This entire experience has been a headache and a waste of money. I’m warning the next person: read everything carefully and proceed with caution.

    Read the yelp and BBB reviews. I sure wish I did. Worst service I've ever gotten. They are scammers. They wouldn't let me cancel my service (drug it on) so that another monthly auto-payment would hit and THEN request a $200 cancelation fee. They never even showed up to my house! AVOID THEM AT ALL COST! Read the other reviews if you don't believe, I pray I help someone out there avoid the awful experience I had. Most 5 star reviews are fake and paid for. Shame on you HAWX.
