Luis And crew came out and treated the whole house. A week later he came out and inspected a chair because I'm still kind of skittish. This is a company that stands behind the warranty! They said give it a week, and if I still wanted them to they would come out and redo it for free. Update: The bed bugs were back, so they came out a second time. All was going well and they did an excellent job, until the end where they dumped the clothes out of the bins They were in and expected them to be heat treated after the heating had already moved upstairs. This of course introduced the bed bugs back into the basement. They were only willing to spray and not heat again since they had already been back for the second heating.DO NOT use them as the second introduction of the bedBugs was their own fault and they would not reheat. I will post a picture of clothes they dumped out and did not spread out to be heated properly.

Excellent service. I had some concerns about a possible bed bug infestation and called Heat Pro on a Saturday. I connected with Don, who was off work at the time, but happened to be nearby. We were able to connect at REI for 20 mins, where he inspected an insect specimen I had found and took the time to answer all of my many questions to help put my mind at ease. It was a false alarm but heaven forbid if I ever have them I will be absolutely be giving Don & the Heat Pro team a call.

Don is dedicated to helping his clients, super conscientious, and really cares! He worked on my car for nearly 6 hours to make sure it is clean. It feels so nice to feel safe in my car again. He offers so many other services to folks suffering from pest infestations; I'm really grateful for his work!

This company is amazing! Updating that two months later, still no sign of bed bugs anywhere. I came home from a trip with unfortunate stowaways: bed bugs! 😱 Within a day, my daughter and I looked like we had the plague. I called Don, who took time from his own trip to walk me through what I should and shouldn't do, give me advice, and give me a quote. I began doing my research and called five other companies for quotes and info, including Terminix and Orkin. None were as knowledgeable or helpful. After doing my own research, I realized heat was truly the only way to eradicate the virulent and insidious pests. After two days of endless washing and fear of infecting anyone else, I called Don back and he was able to get Luis and Joe out the next day. The checklist was long and required a lot of work, but it was so worth it to be able to wake up without itching and fear of social ostracization because we might bring horrible unintended guests with us wherever we went. Luis and Joe were very professional and on time. They walked through with me to make sure the house was ready and none of our belongings would be damaged, and even checked on my kids' hamsters to make sure they were ok where we stowed them outside during the process. I cannot recommend their services enough. We are now bed bug free and were able to parse down some clutter as an unintended bonus. The one-year warranty was an added peace of mind that makes me even more confident in the result. Thank you Heat Pro!!!

We found bed bugs while staying at an otherwise very nice hotel ... well, it can happen anywhere I guess, but we had to get our luggage and all of its content decontaminated to make sure we didn't transport anything into our house. Donald was super nice, came out to our place and picked up the luggage. He returned it a few days later after heat treatment, going out of his way to bring everything back to our place at a time we were at home. Other companies did not offer to treat the luggage, merely suggested to bring everything to the dry cleaner, or wash at a high temperature, or put things into the drier at high heat. Would probably have ruined quite a few items, and it's not unambiguously settled that dry cleaning will really work, that depends on the chemicals they are actually using. In a nutshell, I would always use Heat Pro services again (although I really hope I won't need to :-) ).
