Mike Lowe was the inspector for a mouse in my apartment. He did a thorough inspection and determined where they were entering and set up an appointment for a technician to come back and fill the hole. He was kind and professional while dealing with an old lady who is terrified of a mouse—dead or alive. I have used Home Paramount for my business for 17 years and they have excellent technicians, administrative people and pest control products. I highly recommend Home Paramount.

We discovered unwanted visitors in our attic and contacted Home Paramount Pest Control, where I spoke with Timothy Coombs at the Annapolis, MD location. I was very impressed with their service. Despite nearly 100-degree weather, the crew removed the old insulation, cleaned the space, and installed new insulation that met code standards. During the process, one of the workers accidentally stepped off a rafter, leaving an indent in the ceiling, and because the attic entrance was so small, a light fixture was also damaged. The project manager immediately brought both issues to my attention and reported them to his supervisor. Timothy quickly followed up, arranged for the damage to be repaired, and allowed me to choose my own contractor. I simply submitted the invoice for reimbursement. The entire team was professional, responsive, and easy to work with. They acknowledged the damage right away, took responsibility, and resolved everything promptly.

We are supposed to have follow up termite terminal inspection and maintenance on a yearly basis. We renewed our contract and paid a hefty fee (>$500). Home Paramount missed our termite follow up visit after the renewal by a month, but no worries, it's summer time, ppl are on vacation. We called and got the visit back on the books. However, Home Paramount missed this appointment too. No calls, no explanations. I called the office to find out what the problem was, and they said it was at a later time. OK. Still no one shows up at the later time. More calls. 'I'll have a manager call you.' You guessed it. No manager call. I followed up again, with corporate. 'I'm sorry ma'am, it appears no one is in the office.' No kidding. I'll be at Paramount on Monday morning, in person, demanding my $$$ back, if I can get it. I'll find another company who will treat me better or do it myself. But bottom line, Home Paramount sucks and you can take that to the bank.
