My husband and I just started using HomeShield Pest Control and they have been great! When I first called, they were very thorough in their explanation of the services that would be done and they worked with me on the price. Also, Brian was our technician and he was awesome! He was very friendly, thorough, and answered all of our questions. We are so happy we decided to go with HomeShield and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for pest control services!

Richard came out for our initial visit and he was very thorough and personable. He showed up during the expected time frame and answered all our questions. We have an ant problem and this is our first time using an exterminator. Richard was very reassuring regarding the effectiveness of their products and how Home Shield stands behind their work. The entire experience with Home Shield has been great. Called Orkin to compare prices and they were MUCH more expensive and then they tried to pressure me into making an appointment with them immediately. When I refused, they kept leaving messages saying they could do better on the price. Probably should've led with that.

Our technician, Jose, was exceptional. He contacted me prior to arrival and was right on time. He explained everything he would be doing and I received a report promptly upon completion. He was friendly and personable and met all my expectations for the initial service visit. I will definitely put in a request for Jose for the next treatment!

Luis Robles was beyond amazing!! Probably one of the best technicians in any area who has ever come to our home. His attention to detail was impeccable. He explained everything so it was easy to understand and he worked with us to make what we needed affordable. He was kind, punctual and knew his stuff inside and out.

From the date that I made my first call I had amazing service. AJ helped me on the phone and his customer service is superb. Every time I called, I got greeted by Friendly customer service reps. They were quick and willing to give me as much information as possible, addressing all my concerns. The scheduling process was super fast and the date of my treatment. Doggo came in with a super friendly and approachable attitude. He took the time to answer all my questions and address all my concerns as well. The service was quick, but very thorough and his follow up call gave me peace of mind that our roach problem will be resolved at home. I highly recommend this company not only is their service five stars but their prices are decently affordable. I got a whole year of service and I’m looking forward to continuing doing business with them. If you have a bug problem, call them ASAP.

We had a great experience with Justin. He was thorough in inspecting every part of the house and took the time to explain details of his findings. He was friendly, respectful, and professional throughout the entire visit and It’s clear he takes pride in providing top-notch service. We feel much more at ease knowing the inspection was done so carefully. Highly recommended!

We had three Homeshield technicians at out house today and they were all fantastic. Angel Mejía took care of our termite issue- he was at our house for five hours and diligente in getting every possible seea they may have been hiding. Dago Machaca did our monrhly extermination and another guy (missed your name!) did a great job repairing our garage header. All around great service. Thank you.

Homeshield is a thorough pest company. We have had many techs come to help with the various issues we had and commend them for their great work. Timely, professional and courteous Luis, Adrian, Vladimir and their crews all did very clean and beautiful wood work/repairs along with termite treatment. Brian came to service the house for routine extermination services and sent me detailed information on everything that he did. Glad we chose this company.

He is thorough -- we first circled the house removing spider webs and such from the eves -- then sprayed around the perimiter. He also helped us when we had a cockroach problem early on --he is honest, straighforward -- a great tech. Definitely 5 star!
