Home Team Pest Defense is the preferred vendor for pest control at the Del Webb Lake Las Vegas homes built by Pulte. They come with the Taexx fumigation port already built into the house. This makes for an easy and seamless transaction for service for keeping creepy crawlers out of my new home. I called in to register my port and I spoke to a gentleman named Carl who went out of his way to make sure I get Top Notch service. It was easy for me to accept them as my Pest Control vendor. I was assigned a technician who will be my regular technician at every service. A nice young man named Jesus, whom I met yesterday on his first service here. He is very polite and very thorough and asked me if I had any questions or if he needed to explain anything about the service. He sprayed the entire perimeter and inside my garage. He offered to come in and spray the interior of the house too, but I didn't require that. This the type of service that I really appreciate, and will continue to use and endorse Home Team Pest Defense!

Noah contacted me before and after treatment of my home. He made sure that he did a thorough job around the house. He even notified me that I had a water leak in a far back corner of my home that I normally don't go outside and see. Above and beyond just service. Great job!

The tech was courteous, and very informed. He answered all my many questions, and offered to spray in my garage, as well as the normal Taexx in-wall, and exterior of my home. It's nice to know that the company is willing to address any problem areas that may need a little more attention. I am pleased with my first appointment, and am very happy that I have not had to sign a contract. Looking forward to the next visit in two months.

I’ve been a loyal customer for several years, but I’m extremely disappointed with the recent rate increase. I used to pay $80, and my recent rate is now $118—an astronomical jump! This steep increase came without any improvements or additional services. Paying significantly more for the same basic pest control feels completely unjustified and makes it seem like the company is taking advantage of its customers. The technicians have always been courteous and effective, but the new prices are simply not reasonable for routine service. I understand costs can rise, but this increase is far beyond what I’d expect. As a result, I’ve canceled my service and chosen another company that offers better value. I hope management reconsiders their pricing structure or at least provides more communication or added value for long-standing clients. Until then, I cannot recommend HomeTeam Pest Defense. I encourage every customer to review the value and service they are receiving, as there are many other companies offering great service at better prices. I know HomeTeam can do better—when I called to cancel, they immediately offered to lower the rate. THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE BEFORE LOSING A LOYAL CUSTOMER, NOT AFTER.

Noah is a great representative of your company!!! He is very knowledgeable, respectful and polite. These traits are so hard to find these days. Because of his sincerity in actually caring about the customer being happy I have stayed with the company. (My service is for pest maintenance) It is because of Noah I recommend this company.I had stopped my service a couple years ago because some of the pest control techs were rude , disrespectful and cocky. I’m glad I gave them another try!
