Signing for the Home Team pest control package was an excellent decision. Lloyd did our start up treatment . He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Before he started he explained everything that he was going do. When he finished he covered the issues that he had noticed and what he did to correct them . Then he told us how to contact him if we had any questions or issues after he was gone. We are confident that Lloyd did and will continue to do an excellent job of protecting our home.

young man, came by and explain what he was gonna do to our house and was very knowledgeable. Everything explained anything that I had questions with and did his job and when done he came to the door and told me that if anything that I needed between now and his next visit it was free to let him know he would be happy to come do it.

His professionalism is next to none. The pest control system he uses keeps everything my wife & daughter dislike’s “bugs any crawling critters”😂 I would recommend them Home Pest Team to anyone. At first they were great. However, two issues arose. I received a bill for a service. I thought it was odd because they usually ring my doorbell to gain access to my rear yard due to my gate being locked. I reviewed my home security cameras for the time the bill stated that tech was at my home. No pest control truck ever arrived that day. I gave them the benefit of a doubt and went further in time forward and backwards on my home security cameras. Still no home pest control truck the entire day or night. I Contacted their HQ in Winston. They had a supervisor/manager call me back. He said he would check the techs gps, but was sure the tech showed up. He said he would verify and call me back. Since I did not hear from the supervisor/manager the first week I called HQ again and terminated my service. It’s now 4 months and still have not heard from the supervisor/manager. Now 4 months later a tech called my cell phone and advised he was coming out to remove the termite bait stations they installed in the ground. No problem there come on out and get them. The tech removed the termite bait stations and left holes in the ground in my back yard and around my home. I have dogs which use my back yard to potty and play. The tech could have at least backfilled the holes that THEY dug installing the bait stations. If one of my dogs had broken their leg, I would have passed the vet bill along to Homepest Defense. Really unsatisfactory to leave holes that an animal could break the leg or get injured as well as a child or person could get injured. Just poor workmanship to not backfill the holes and poor business for a supervisor/manager to not call back. To either back his employee or verify that the employee did not do his job that day. But at a minimum, make contact to either accept responsibility or deny. But I guess the reason he did not return the call, he found out by the gps what I knew. That there was no service performed at my home that day, backed up by my home security cameras. They lost my business and I will never return. I will always advise people to steer away from hometeam pest defense in the future. Sometimes paying more for good service is worth it.
