My daughter worked with older folks for a home health service. One woman did not tell her about the bedbugs she had, which eventually infected my daughter's apartment. I cannot speak any more highly about Sean and his son. This family-owned business answered my call immediately. I did not have to go through representatives or leave a voicemail like with other businesses -- I called and the owner directly answered my call. The services were offered a couple days after the request, based on their availability. Also, they were flexible with payment. My only criticism is of the process and not the vendor. When I read online, this process is 99% effective. I guess I am the 1%, as this vendor had to come out for round 2 of extermination. To Sean's credit, they honored their six-month warranty and did not charge me for a second round. The second round did the trick, and I've been bug-free since! Sean and Ryan are the salt of the earth. If you're looking for a small, family-owned business that's operated by trustworthy and genuine people, give them your business. I have no regrets about choosing them.

We called Sean due to a suspicion of bed bugs shared from someone staying with us. He was easy to get in touch with, came out immediately and conducted a fast and thorough inspection. He also talked through everything he was looking for and educated us on bed bugs throughout his inspection.
