The technician was very knowledgeable in the Bed Bug issue. He was professional and completed the service in the allotted timeframe. The tenant was informed of the extermination process. The process went smoothly.

It’s bugs or us took care of my property bed bug issues and gave us a longer warranty the. The other 3 bids I got. Same day service with online appointment set up portal. Will use again if the problem ever come up again
