Best local pest control company I have ever dealt with! This is the second time in two years using Pest Management for carpenter ant control at our cabin. Our cabin is situated in the woods with some dead trees throughout the property. Hugh Henry, owner of Hugh Henry’s Pest Management, is extremely knowledgeable about our ant issue and addressed every concern. He educated us on how to identify and track where ants are and where they live and how to identify the source of nest if possible. Hugh, or Hooper as he is known, made a special trip out to see the cabin and walk the property to try and locate the source. He was patient and kind over the phone when I informed him of the issues and concerns we had, since we do not live full-time at our cabin. He promptly sent his licensed technician Nathan to come on a day when we would be there so he could come inside and set baits and dust and spray. Nathan also educated us on the carpenter ant life cycle. Nathan was professional and friendly and talkative with us regarding our issues with carpenter ants. Needed a treatment for ants in the kitchen. Hugh recommended ant baits. The first evening we had many ants, by day 2 there were none.
