Unfortunately I had to cancel the services I had with this company. Not sure what’s going on, but this company does not appear to take the pride it once did- and the level of incompetence shows in my lawn as well as how they conduct their business. My grass has an unprecedented amount of weed and patches and after I called them to come and address the black spot on my Calusia hedges, they told me they would be here the next day- that it was covered, and then they called and said they can’t come out- it’s not covered- instead of still coming out and addressing the issue. They now have that too big to fail company mentality and has lost touch with client needs and level of satisfaction. Pictures shows for itself. Money leaves the account, terrible results, no solution or even an attempt to retain me.

Caesar has been the most honest tech I’ve had at this residence. He takes the time to inform us what he will be doing and also asks us if any issues encountered since last services. He is thorough and I can tell that he takes care of his clients and enjoys what he’s doing. I never got to see or meet the other techs prior to Caesar. He is a very good asset to your company and I sincerely hope he will take care of us all for many years to come!! Thank you Caesar 🙏 I apologize for not rating him for July cause I didn’t see your rate services that was texted to me. He then( July) took care of roaches 🪳 issues we had and he did such a great job that no one had ever done before. Great results post his thorough treatment !!! He cares!!

My technician, Randy, is awesome. He is well familiar with my property and is very knowledgeable regarding the issues that occur. I can always depend on him to resolve any problems I have. He is always pleasant, cheerful and polite. He represents Huellet well and is an asset to your company.

I am a fairly new customer with Hulett and have to give kudos to a fantastic tech by the name of Coat. He was very knowledgeable and extremely charismatic and explained the entire pest control/ant removal process to me. He came on time and was very professional, which not only painted him in a positive light, but Hulett as well. More techs like him need to be in rotation. I would highly recommend both.

Ford was able to protect our Florida home inside and out today and I was able to work with him remotely! Job done well.

Responsive, quick to act, professional - AND got the job done!! Martha did my follow up quarterly service. She is a gem. She's knowledgeable, professional and provided outstanding customer service. Hewlett gave me a fair and accurate quote to maintain my landscaping and they have done the complete job month after month in a super professional manner. my yard has never looked better. I’m so glad I’ve hired Hewlett.

Mikeron is always soo nice, he has been our tech for about a year and a half now and love it. He genuinely cares about how the pest issues if any have been in our home. He always calls to confirm even if I forget to confirm over email sometimes. As two females it is always important for us to feel comfortable and he does an awesome job at it.

Frank is amazing!!! He is so thoughtful when it comes to services he provides. He knows we have dogs therefore he always lets us know he has arrived and he always makes sure our gates are closed. This means a lot to us. The last company we had left our gates open after treating the yard. One of our dogs got out and was almost hit by a car. Hulett and Frank have been so understanding of the fear this put in us. They have noted the account regards the dogs and making sure all gates are closed. Frank has been out tech for a long time and I never have to worry when he is on the property. Plus our yard beautiful!!! We get compliments all the time for having one of the best looking yards. Thank you Frank and Hulett!!!

Joseph shows up fully equipped and immediately goes to work. Knowledgeable and not afraid to go on attack! Comprehensive throughout all rooms! Conversational, and listened to direction is never a problem. I recommend Joseph to everyone. Joseph is a real keeper.

I had a service call today from Hulett Environmental Services which I contract for regular pest control. They sent their tech Michael to handle the call. The reason for the unplanned service call is I believe I heard some small noises up in my attic crawl space. When Michael came he went up into the attic and inspected but found no droppings or any other evidence of any type of “pest” up there. Just to be safe he recommended laying a few traps just in case.(good suggestion). He then inspected the outside perimeter of the house for any possible openings but there appeared to be none. He then performed the regular bi-monthly service on the perimeter to protect against any bugs or other nuisances from entering the house. He then pointed out the bathroom vent pipes that stick out of the roof. He saw that they are not covered with a protective screening. This could be a possible entry way for rodents. He suggested I make an appointment for an inspection and they will see if it is warranted. All in all a good visit and 10/10 for Michael who went above and beyond, was professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. Hulett , you have an excellent worker and representative of your company in Michael. Highly recommend.

Sonny has been our service provider for several years …we have found him to be pleasant, cheerful, and thorough. The only time we had a problem he knew what to do and took care of it right away. He is top notch!

Chris is the best! Extremely friendly and personable. He is a fantastic technician who is genuinely concerned about solving the issues at hand. A pleasure to work with and always gets the job done the right way.

I’ve had Michael Paige as my Hulett Pest Control technician for many years, and he’s always been knowledgeable, reliable, and genuinely caring. He really listens to my concerns and goes out of his way to keep my home pest-free. It’s rare to find someone so consistent and attentive, and I truly appreciate the pride he takes in his work. I've relocated, but requested Michael as the technician for my new residence as well, he's that good! Thank you Michael Paige!!!

Jimmy Montenegro with Hulett never disappoints. Every time I call Hulett Environmental Jimmy responds the same day. In the past, it has been for ghost ants (a couple times) and today it was the inspection of my attic for the potential of rodents. Thank goodness there were no rats, squirrels, or anything else, but I really appreciate the same day response of Hulett Environmental and the knowledge and friendliness of Jimmy. Much appreciated!

In general the service industry is ever evolving, but when you find someone as good as Chris, and who is reliable and sticks around, count your blessings. I'm very happy too have him managing my account and expect I will be with Hulett for as long as he is around.

Joseph is awesome. Possibly one of the happiest people I’ve ever met. He is always friendly, and always checks in to be sure there are no new issues. He is very thorough and has great attention to detail, sweeping cob webs and spraying all areas of possible concern. Overall a great guy and pleasure to deal with.

Eric showed up on time and took his time treating my lawn with great care. I watched him work, and it’s clear he is a dedicated employee. He represents your company extremely well. I’m very pleased with the service he provided.
