Aryan did an excellent job removing the bees from my home and exterior. They arrived promptly, explained the process clearly, and handled the situation safely and professionally. We set up this service last year after a rat was found roaming around the house. We were mortified. Icon came and set up the boxes and within 2-3 days he was gone. Fast forward to 2025, a mouse seems to have died in the walls and the smell was disgusting. We were literally vomiting. I called and asked for a same day appointment which was available. The technician spent a lot of time trying to locate the rodent but it was trapped in the walls. So he applied the odour neutralizer and told us the smell should get better in a few hours and will be gone in the week. Here we are 4 hours later and the smell is completely gone. We can breathe again. I am forever grateful to him! We will never not be without icon. They have a customer for life!
