He conducted a thorough inspection of my property, clearly explaining his findings and setting realistic expectations for the process ahead. Caleb went beyond the basics by mentoring me on practical steps to avoid attracting rodents, such as trimming tree limbs that overhang the roof, moving plants away from the foundation, securing bird feeders, and clearing out potential nesting areas like piles of wood, debris, and stored boxes. While I am opposed to killing any creature, I believe that if it must be done, it should be quick and painless. Caleb was gracious and accommodating in honoring my request to avoid sticky traps and poisons, which meant a great deal to me. His folky storytelling style made the visit personal, relatable, and built immediate trust, something I never experienced with the large corporation I previously used that seemed more focused on commissions than satisfied customers. True to his word, Caleb returned when he said he would, discussed what he observed since the initial visit, and outlined the next steps with clarity and professionalism. I often measure someone’s work ethic by asking myself if I would hire them, and Caleb is hands down one of the best. I also want to recognize Lonnie, who answered my initial call with warmth and professionalism, serving as a true ambassador for the company, as well as the person in finance who proactively called to adjust a bill. Imperial Pest Prevention solved our pest problems when no other company could!!! We had a pesky ant and bug problem on our boat. We tried two other pest control companies with no success. Imperial pest control is a great company. They are always friendly to my dogs, show up when they say they will, spray inside and out and then see if I have any questions on the way out. All of the service men provide excellent service. Today I met Sean who is a newer employee. You wouldn't have known. I was impressed that his boss did a quality control call tonight. It was such a pleasure to work with Melissa and Dmitry. Melissa was so knowledgeable and helpful in setting up the service and answering my questions, Her patience and kindness's were very much appreciated. Dmitry did a fabulous job with spaying, setting traps and making sure that all areas were covered. He was so courteous and took extreme care to ensure that my little dogs would be safe. I started getting my home exterminated a few months back and had the pleasure of working with Caleb who has been great! He’s very informative and always informs me of what he is doing and why. I’ve been using Imperial for around eight years now and have been consistently pleased with the service. This past year ants have invaded my lawn then started moving onto my patio and pool area. Cole started treating the many mounds and I’ve noticed a definite decline. It’s also nice to have the willing and knowledgeable help when I’m concerned about specific shrubs and trees showing pest damage.

Cory is the best!. Notifies me when he'll be for service. Advises me of what needs attention, like chinch bugs, then does the proper treatment. He's only been doing my lawn for a few months and already i can see a huge improvement. Great service!
