Excellent service! Sierra is always kind and professional. She answers all of my questions and doesn't make me feel like I am asking weird questions. I do ask some random questions but she never hesitates to answer.

Been a client of Insect IQ for several years and unfortunately, I'm probably going to have to cancel my account due to the increase in fees. I understand that operating costs go up, but this is the second time this year....in the past I've had issues with them not checking rodent traps for several months, and inconsistent staffing. I have found my side gate left unlocked on more than one occasion, and I can only hope they actually spray the entire property as they are normally doing service when I'm not at home. We still find spiders and small bugs where there shouldn't be. I always try and support local small businesses, but they are starting to be more like a corporation and have lost their personal connection with clientele.

Insect IQ is very accommodating. I think twice I needed to change a service date within the last 12 months and push it out 1-2 weeks and they’ve been very helpful, my experience with another company was opposite, rigid and gave me one alternative, I could cancel my contract, and I did. Every Insect IQ tech that has come to my home has been so friendly and helpful, always ask me if I have concerns or questions. I’m very satisfied with their services.
