I called Insectica today for a wasp/hornet problem at my house. They came within the same day and was already ready to start working on the infestation. They also told me what to look out for post extermination and the follow up procedures should the wasps come back again. Should I notice any wasps in the same area in 10 days, to call them back. I am very impressed with the fast response (same day), the transparency (the costs are written on the website which I liked and didn't look for anyone else), and the number of google reviews here AND how the owner responds to each and every review. Overall I am very satisfied with the service. Hopefully the wasps don't come back, I will post an update/new review if they do. If there's no update from me, it means Insectica worked!
